Thank you so much. My Mom, saw Jeanette in person, Nelson was a sweetheart too. My Mom, she saw her as a little girl, and Jeanette spoke to her. Gave her a picture of her and a hug. I love them my mom and I saw all their movies and the songs I never forget I have the albums still here and I can sing similar like Jeannette. 🥰♥️I got it from my Mom, who could also sing. ♥️🙏🙏

Today is May 1, 2024 the time is 10:48 pm. We are at the extended stay in Cypress, CA. В14лет я увидела впервые Нельсона в фильме ,,весенние дни,,и этот голос преследует меня всю жизнь.мне во сне слышался голос его Прошло много лет я узнала,куда можно написать,и получила от него фото с автографом.У меня. трястись руки,я не могла открыть конверт от волнения..Конверт открыла моя подруга.а через некоторое время ,я получила фото от самой жанетты.Что бы посмотреть фильм ,,Роз_Мари,я сутки ехала в другой город.Целый день я сидела в кинотеатре и смотрела этот фильм все сеансы.такого голоса,как у Нельсона нет.это неповторимый тембр!!!Тамара, в ,,одноклассниках, Бутырская Тамара.

I'm just recently discovering how much there is on KZbin according to these two wonderful singers...I was a boy of about 13-14 years old when I saw 'That's Entertainment' in the cinema. Up till today the fragment from 'Rose Marie' in which they sing 'The Indian Lovecall' touches me again and again. I'm 62 by now...

In the End of Days peoples hearts will grow cold, for they will lust after strange flesh, and after one another....so, as it was in the days of Noah...A very bad paraphrase, but the point is there seems to be an organized effort to limit romantic music in favor of "violent" discordant music without an expression of love. Yes ! Yes ! Everyone likes different kinds of music. No way is this a rant against anything. Just an idea that mechanical body jam is no substitute to honest, sincere affection without any thought of force or dominates. Eddy & Jeanette show affection with special feelings in song for each other that let's the listener also join in their romantic bond. Thank you Eddy. Thank you Jeanette for sharing. I’m so sad and confused regarding the heartbreaking issues these two endured in other relationships not being able to truly be together. If this is not true, what was? Neither “were who” we thought they were.

They were both ambitious and high strung but basically good people who found themselves in a situation they couldn’t resolve so they made the best of it. Once she married Gene Raymond, the die was cast. After her death, Nelson was distraught, telling a group of men he was dining with that they both had married the wrong people. For Jeanette, marriage to Nelson was problematic for a variety of reasons. He wanted her to quit a career she loved, he had a bad temper, her mother hated him and they fought and reconciled several times before they both decided it would never work and called it quits. Gene Raymond was good looking (like a watered down Nelson Eddy some said), charming, got along well with her mother and was no threat to her career. The woman known as the "iron butterfly" thought she could simply will herself to stop loving one man and love another. She found out she was wrong. Nelson jumped into a revenge marriage with an unstable woman and couldn’t get out of it without wreaking havoc on both their careers. They carved out as much happiness together as they could over the years. Once she passed away, Nelson wasn’t long for this world.
