However, try and immerse yourself in nature. It’s a beautiful thing. Also listen to music which is great for breaking the negative thoughts we have, one of the best things I can advise you is deep breathing meditation. I've been in the hospital for 2 weeks now. And I use this to sleep. It helps me so much. Also your other music. It helps me stay positive and that everything is possible as long as you want it hard enough. I've been through hell and back the last couple days. But somehow I will get there.
