@@paulabrown1881 hello Paula, I just wanted to say as I’ve noticed your comment,and wanted to send you my deepest warmest thoughts of love and strength and positivity to you now, whatever it is, you are going through, I truly hope it passes soon, life is difficult at times and I do believe if we accept that every day is not going to be pink fluffy clouds and we also allow for setbacks can help us move on, you are not on your own as we are all one big family on pages like this, we are all here to support each other, you are probably like me and lots of other people in the fact of being the strongest person you know and also the weakest person you know, it’s difficult at times to step out of our comfort zone. However, try and immerse yourself in nature. It’s a beautiful thing. Also listen to music which is great for breaking the negative thoughts we have, one of the best things I can advise you is deep breathing meditation. There is a guy on KZbin called breathe with Sandy this gentleman is a life changer, check him out🙌 I am sending you virtual hugs 🤗 🤗🤗🤗 stay strong 💪 always remember you can do it and get yourself back on top with positivity. And it’s time to disallow the destructive powers of the world to keep on bringing their wars and trashing the planet and murdering millions and millions of people. I've been in the hospital for 2 weeks now. And I use this to sleep. It helps me so much. Also your other music. It helps me stay positive and that everything is possible as long as you want it hard enough. I've been through hell and back the last couple days. But somehow I will get there.
