I think America and Britain? may be the only 2 countries that have the golden buzzer. If all countries had it, then there would be 20 acts with 2 golden buzzers. I think more impressive is Angelina Jordan getting 45% of the vote after the 1st round of AGT- Champions 2020. It was after her Golden Buzzer performance of Bohemian Rhapsody. She was 13 years old. She still had 33% of the fan vote after the semifinals. That is way more impressive to me.

I don't know where you got these voting results for AGT-Champions 2020 but they are not correct. First, AGT: The Champions is a pre-recorded show and there is no live voting or fan voting. The only voting is by a preselected group of "superfans" and the results are not revealed. Moreover, Angelina got a Golden Buzzer in Preliminary 1 for "Bohemian Rhapsody" and advanced directly to the finals, so she wasn't part of the "superfan" voting in the 1st round (same happened for Angelica in AGT Champions 2019). She didn't participate in the semi-finals so she couldn't have 33% of the "superfan" votes. In the finals, she sang "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road" and did not get enough "superfan" votes to make it into the top 5 (again, same thing happened to Angelica). Both of these girls are great singers and both had pretty much the same experience on their seasons of AGT: The Champions.

@@davidbray1178 Hahahahahaha. You have no clue what you're talking about. Angelina was never going to win AGT Champions, nor was she ever going into the top 5. Simon had been trying to sign her since she was 8. The family said no. They didnt want her beholden to the demands of a contract. She was going to have as normal a chilhood as possible even after winning Norways Got Talent at age 8. Simon kept after them, as did several other labels and the family kept rejecting offers. When the family decided that L.A. was a better place to further AJ's music journey, they then got into talks with Simons people. Since the family still wasnt going to sign a contract, they worked out a deal to have Angelina appear on the show. Since the top 5 have to sign with Simons company, that meant Angelina would probably end up 6-10th, and thats what happened. She was the overwhelming favorite of the fans of the show. My voting numbers are from an independent survey company. AJ didnt sign a contract till she was almost 15 and that is because Republic Records gave the family full creative control and freedom to use the studio at any time. Grammy winning pianist Rob Christie was assigned to be her mentor/coach. She is by far the most talented vocalist to come around in a long time.

@@murtheblur Ah! Thanks for clarifying that those percentages were from an independent popularity poll and not the actual votes that advanced or eliminated contestants on the show. The numbers now make more sense because she is a good singer and popular with folks who like her style of singing (which I personally don't like). In addition, only 2 of the final 10 acts in Angelina's season were singers (6 of the final 12 in Angelica's season were singers) so I would expect Angelina to score high in a popularity poll. You should know that Angelica's parents also told Simon that they were not ready to sign her to a recording contract and, in fact, have formed their own recording company, Angelica Hale Entertainment, LLC which is producing and releasing her original songs and music videos. And when it comes to talent, it depends on what talent you are talking about. Angelica said in a recent interview on her first feature film "American Reject" that she's back to her acting and dancing lessons so that she'll be a "triple threat" (acting, singing and dancing) with her sights set on Broadway and movies. I see Angelina as a great jazz vocalist but not a Broadway star.
