***That is why you always start with a few orders online to work out the details before a big release, you always need a few order to see how things work and that you go through the whole process before people start ordering in masses and it is too late for you to correct or change. I am sorry that happened to you but I hope other people see this message so they prepare themselves when you have a business, it is 101 in the business world to test everything before going live to actual costumers.

I’m so sorry to hear about the negative experiences! I ordered my brushes early on launch day and have been incredibly impressed with the speed in filly and shipping my order. I try to support small business whenever I can and know that their processes tend to be slightly slower than larger companies, I am fine with waiting the extra few days or weeks knowing that I will be receiving a better product in the end! I can definitely appreciate how hard it can be to run a 1 person business online. Mine is nowhere near your size, I just sell the occasional set of dice on Etsy, but it's a similar situation where funds might not get transferred to you for a couple of weeks after the orders were made. I am German and the way you pronounced "Schönbrunn" the first time was actually pretty spot on! I don't care if you're 'Not supposed to talk about it'. I like, appreciate, and support small indie brands that are transparent with issues, and even ask, "Hey, I've had an issue with your order come up. How would you like me to handle this- ChoiceA or ChoiceB?" and do so promptly. It shows it's not another cash grab among a sea of them, but a passion that they're sharing with fans. I've not watched you for very long, but from what I've seen, you're doing wonderfully lifting other creators up, your fans up, showcasing the good, the bad, and the 'meh' in a very positive manner. You are positive with how you present reviews/impressions, informing that you need many wears before a final review post, and you do so in a very fun way that is enjoyable to watch. You're also highlighting the progression of beauty and aging in a positive(Sheesh! Okay, how many times can I say 'positive' in one post?😹) light, not hiding natural creases, fine lines, how your skin changed when moving to a different climate. You're one of the few in this space I'd be comfortable sharing with my niece, whose journey having fun with makeup is relatively new, and needs positive role models that show the fails and the successes(and how you can make something work) instead of flighty TikTokers bombarding her with 'EVERYTHING IS THE BEST EVER! You need this!' sponsored sales posts hidden as semi-entertaining reviews. Anyway, thank you for sharing this journey, and I wish you all the success. I don't use many eye brushes because of my deep hoods, and I'm picky with face brushes, but when you have enough brush types to do "Make your own bundles", I look forward to curating a set for my train case.

Holo taco (Simply Nailogical's brand) is also extremely transparent and shares business info here on YT. She's said that releasing her sales numbers is a business no-no because her competitors can use it to their advantage. But she doesn't care about it and it's more important to her to keep the audience engaged with her brand.

So happy for you Angie. Went to your site to order the brushes but by the time I did the US $ conversion and added shipping, was going to be $103 Canadian. May still get them but was a bit of a sticker shock for what is really a reasonably priced product. I run into this a lot when ordering from the US. But I'm sure you'll sell out. Good Luck.

Seems like a good idea to not associate a brand with a person’s own name, seeing what happens some times when brands sell to larger companies and the person can’t use their own name in future endeavors. Looking forward to when the brushes are available singly, eyeing that E01 😍

My inner voice when i buy new brushes. New brushe coming in so i get new clean brushes. My dirty old brushes side eying me for ordering new instead of cleaning them XD Looking forward to getting to try this brushes and whatever you launch in the future :D
