WEAR TEST INFO: The makeup wore beautiful throughout the day. When I took my makeup off (around 11pm, so after about 13-isch hours of wear) I could tell some of it wore off, but not looking cakey, weird or settling in lines. I could also tell that after about 10 hours it clung to some parts that needed exfoliation, but I think that's on me hehe. I need to bring my skincare-game! Overall this makeup was a hit, both the cheek products and the eyeshadows lasted until I took it off.

4:42 It may be somewhat uncommon, but I’m right with you in regards to “no makeup” face makeup and THIS IS MAKEUP eyeshadow. If anything, a sheer base compliments more drama on the eyes and/or lips without looking overly made up. 💋

I think you look great in cool tones because of your eye color. It makes them pop. I have a yellow olive complexion and hazel eyes and cool tones or gray shadow makes me look like the walking dead no matter what lol. Sometimes I wish I had deep dark brown eyes, they can pull off any eyeshadow color

Love the whole look. I agree a skin tint or something sheer to light is great for summer. Also at 47 I find higher coverage foundations look too heavy and a bit aging on me.

I am soooooo with you on wanting summer to last. We've had a gorgeous summer here in Seattle after a super cold spring, and it's so nice. Plus it stays light out for so long. In winter we get like 8 hours of sunlight and I'm gonna miss all this light then.

I live in Wisconsin where we do have 4 seasons. I prefer summer because I can stay in a/c if it's too hot but I prefer winter and fall clothes lol. I hate shoveling and driving in the snow. I hate winter air hurting my skin like it's painful. It's not painful when it's warm outside unless you let yourself get a burn you know. I'm not ready for summer to end.

You need to try the Huda Lip Blush in Apricot Kiss. It is the most BEAUTIFUL orange blush stain. I dab it on a blush and work it out on my cheek. It's pretty as a lip stain too, but it shines as a blush.

THIS! This is how I like my makeup especially in the hot months. A light naturally radiant bronzed face (not sticky!) with a bold eyeshadow look. During the cold months, it's basically the same but I ditch the blush and highlighter and opt for a bold lip and eyelook. I LOVE the way Bobbi Brown face products look on my favorite youtubers but she's definitely out of my price range 😂 maybe I'll splurge one day 🤷🏻‍♀️

Annie Lawless is a totally neutral girl and seems to me that any neutral color looks so good on her! I wish I could pull off those lite tone neutrals but my skin tone is the same as yours (having Swedish bloodline) and I am a medium to medium dark neutral lip color. Also, give me all of the oranges!

Not sure on the lawless lips. I ordered 2 and they arrived together, not sitting out in the sun. One was beaded with “sweat” and applied with a bit of tugging, although it wore well. The other formula was more creamy, no beading. Also looking through the Sephora review pictures there was a lot of “sweaty” looking bullets. It makes me wonder if there is some kind of inconsistency in the formula.

When I tried the Lawless lipliner (gifted, but not the lipstick) I knew you were not going to like it at all! It wasn't the formula for me either, because it is really, really creamy! It is the perfect kind to fill in the whole lip, but not keep color on the lip. It smudges my lipline under a mask quickly

The palette is a no go for me. Regarding Bobbi Brown, I just don't feel comfortable about buying from anyone in business with Estee Lauder. The face base is fantastic, but I've moved on since the buy out. They are the only company I boycot completely. There is a bunch out there to educate yourselves about that company. I can't go on this rant again....
