You’ll see as you watch more Angelina that everything she sings is special. It’s not five or even ten songs of hers that you want to hear again-it’s everything. She doesn’t throw away a song or a line or a word. In my opinion, when Angelina reached ten years old, as she is here, you can compare her songs to anyone-any age. I can’t imagine other singers covering this-she’s killed this song for anyone else. Yes, you can recognize her immediately now, not just because of her voice itself, but the signature vocal runs, vibrato, emotion, and texture that she has even at this age. Oh, she very much acts her age when she's doing what other kids her age are doing but when she starts to sing, or even thinks about music, the transition takes place. Angelina is aware of what is going on and that's why her desire in life is to sing to us, and for us, to bring us joy and to inspire us to be the best we can be as human beings which she believes is a very necessary ingredient to possess in order for the world to become a better place to live. Angelina is not just a child. She's 10, almost 11,when she sings "I'm still holding out for you". She's been a special talented kid since she was born. Started to sing almost before she could walk. Only 1,5 years old. When she was 3, she said "I'm ready to sing for Simon now, that's why she said in AGT 2019 at age 13, that" I've been waiting 10 years to sing for Simon and now it's finally happen". And she sang "Bohemian Rapsody", by Queen and "Yellow brick Road", by Elton John. Rumours telling that she didn't sign the contract Simon wanted because her parents thought she was too young at the time. And therefore she didn't win. But I think it doesn't matter. She has already won so many people's hearts and still do. She's releasing her first album this year 2022 at age 16, and we who are fans is so excited. 2016 was such a great year for Angelina; you will find that she had so many outstanding songs when she was 10. This to me could have been a #1 song for Angelina, if it had been released, but I understand the reasons behind her family withholding it. Aside from the fact the last few lines alluded to suicide, which is unfortunate, the song was an exceptional portrayal of desperate passion of lost love. At first it's just the passion, just the longing and desire. But the introduction of strings signals the desperation building, then tempo of the song increases to the actions. It plays out like a desperate love sick disastrous play. And the clarity and simplicity of her voice delivers the passion and then desperation so vividly, so emotionally. Impossibly 10 years old. This song was written by 'Baby Fuzz' aka Sterling Fox aka Brandon Lowry. It was, according to what Baby Fuzz says, pitched to different artists without his knowledge. He claims not to have heard Angelina's "demo" (done just a week or so before she turned 11) until it was leaked to the internet later on. (1 month before he released his "original" version) If you check out both videos you will see Angelina's demo came first, and that it surpasses Baby Fuzz's version in views and likes. Also, there are rumors that Angelina's mother didn't want this to be released due to the reference of suicide at the end. There are absolutely no facts or data to back those rumors. Baby Fuzz has said that part of the song was not meant to be a reference to suicide, and if Angelina's mother had a problem with any references to suicide why weren't several of the other songs she sings with such references stopped? No matter on any of these things, this is an AMAZING performance no matter what her age. She conveys emotions of the song that a child should have no idea about, unless of course they are an old soul or truly gifted from God.

When I tell people she is 10 here, they think I'm pulling their leg. It is such a uniquely different presentation, even for someone who has shown the unbelievable versatility she has in so many different genres. Her mom didn't approve it's release and many believe it had to do with the reference to a drowning suicide but nothing has ever been substantiated. I'm thankful that she allowed this leaked demo to stay on You Tube. Personally, I believe it would have zoomed up the charts, especially if you sense a taste of the voice of Amy Winehouse being felt by people other than me.

Great reaction Sebs. “I'm Still Holding out for You” & the game of telephone. Here's the whole story. Please read. This was recorded when Angie was 10 almost 11 (it was used as a demo). The rumor was her mom (Sara) didn't like the suicide content references in the song so it was never released. This song is by Brandon Lowry better known as Sterling Fox & aka Baby Fuzz & co-writers Aksel Carlson, Ronny Janssen, and Frida Amundsen (& they have worked with Angie before). Baby fuzz did this during a music workshop back in 2016 in Norway, (for Angie is kind of like friends with Aksel Carlson, Ronny Janssen, and Frida Amundsen & they all know each other. For like I said they have worked together before, this is how Angie might of got the song for they were all at said work shop at different times) Here’s a little bit of what BF said about the song: “Now I’m super happy nobody else took it, because it feels 100% honest to what I was feeling at that time. A fun line in the second verse deals with impulsive swiping of potential Tinder matches. It’s not even to find someone to match with. It’s just a cyclical behavior of rejecting others in an attempt to affirm an old flame that will never work. It’s actually the whole idea of the song… I’m just delusionally holding out in some monk-like vow of abstinence and loyalty that is incredibly self-destructive”-BF (No one was interested at the time) then Angie did the demo for it in 2016 & it was leaked 2 years later in Nov 2018. (He wont change the lyrics to the song or let others do so). It's funny he released it as an original in Dec 2018 a month after Angie's was leaked. When so many listen to this & Baby Fuzz's version (here’s the link) kzbin.info/www/bejne/p2arpHR4iJmCjrM (Even BF really liked Angie's version of it when he saw it later in 2020.) but the fans still all think this should be her's for it sound much better & convey's the story better. Brandon Lowery is a good writer & it shows in this song. His version is also good. When I first heard this, I also found it hard to believe she was 10. Eventually, after hearing more of her at 9, 10, and 11, I came to accept that, yes, this does sound like it could be her 10 (reportedly it was done shortly before her 11th birthday). She did a lot of amazing stuff when she was 10. The photographer of these pictures, Per Heimly, is the same, that directed her "spell" video. As you can see in the pictures of her in white, looking out the window, her graceful neck. It´s just a tiny, tiny bit longer than usual, nothing monstrous, but wondrous. That is the reason for her deeper than usual voice. The rest ist talent, a mind far beyond her years and hard, hard, hard work. Daily 6 hours, six days a week, since age 4. It seems I put a spell on you at nine, and how insanely good and wild it was was a precursor to her age ten stuff. Not similar, just incredible right. She followed that up by showing us it wasn't just that song that style and that day. 'feeling good' and other videos from that age give clues about her voice matching up to this exactly in parts. Feeling good is a great choice, lighter lyrics. Shows along with this and others like 'my funny valentine' that at ten she already had todays versatility, power, artistry and a great voice. All of her repertoire has more or less just gotten fine tuned since then. I feel the same way about 12 and 13, other years of seemingly just taking leaps forward, but yeah who knew, she had it all at ten. Then again 14, 15, 16. Then a combo of her singing at 6,7,8 shows all that as well. I guess she was born with it and for it man, and we just get to go by the vids put out. I suppose 10 she became a very talented adult, very little hints of her age remained in her vocals, 12 she moved the earth with her lower register continuously, and 13 she broadened towards more mainstream type music and more variety. And today it seems more than perfected, unfathomable and easy, whichever way she chooses to go with her loaded toolbox. It's all unreal for her age, goat unreal, to this day. It's not any song, it's all of them, take a batch of performances from any age and see if anyone could do that anywhere near that young, or today take a recent batch and see if anyone could do that at all. Some people could could compete with her or even take her in one or two ways, but she is elite at everything with a really beautiful voice.

❗️This is an Original! Experts agree, that “I’m Still Holding Out For You” is an Angelina Original! An original, is any song which was not recorded by any artist before, it may be composed by the person singing it, or by someone else. Baby FuzZ and a three others wrote this song. Thus, he did the “Cover” that Angelina had already recorded in 2016, at 10, and published prior. Uploaded Nov. 11, 2018, Demo or not! Sorry, his offical video, published 12/9/18, (two years later) was met with very little fanfare. He has since, given her Copyright and his blessing to make a proper recording of the song.

There must be something in the Laws of Physics which says it is impossible for a 10-year old to sing like this. Yet, here is Angelina, effortlessly transcending those laws on so many levels! Not just vocally, but in her focus, her emotional delivery, her pathos, her conveyance of the story line, her ability to reach into your soul and inner consciousness to awaken that "something" within your heart! Another voice you should NOT miss is that of Russian teen Diana (dee-AH-na) Ankudinova (ank-ku-DEE-no-vah). Her voice is totally unique and she has masterful stage presence living the music. The best intro to her is probably her "Wicked Game" cover. Just make sure you are seated for the "Queen of Goosebumps".

All the photos and pieces of video are not when she was ten. But that was when she sang and recorded it. One of the last video clips at the end of the song was from America's Got Talent, the Champions, when she was 13. But this was recorded when she was 10. It was a demo for the writer- composer, Baby Fuzz, so she could get the rights to sing it. It's a brilliant song. I totally recommend you watching the video of the four songs she sang in Norway's Got Talent in 2014. She chose to sing Gloomy Sunday (written by Hungarian Rezso Seress .. made famous by Billie Holiday), I'm a Fool to Want You (written by Frank Sinatra .. made famous by Billie Holiday), Bang, Bang (written by Sonny Bono .. made famous by Nancy Sinatra) and Summertime (written by George Gershwin .. made famous by Ella Fitzgerald) It is worth watching this and understanding the voice this girl had at SEVEN years old .. and in those she most definitely looked that young. (She became a global viral sensation after singing Gloomy Sunday on this show) make sure you pick the video that has translations so you can understand the judges (unless you speak Norwegian). It is a mind- blowing experience!

Yeah dude for real, yeah she was 10 here. She is the original singer and if this song had been aired on the radio I’m sure it would’ve hit number one or at least in top category but what I heard was that her parents put the kibosh on this song because of its content she was not allowed to release it so someone else sang it later on but it did not reach the popularity that Angelina singing it would have. The way she sang this song was perfect, no one else could sing it half as good, and so it never took off, but Angelina singing it is amazing. So she was not allowed to release it. You’ll notice that at the beginning of the video it was leaked.

Angelina's NGT (2014) performances gave her viral exposure and her "I Put a Spell on You" (2015), a true classic, cemented her trajectory. (2016) also gave us Angelina's "Feeling Good", which shows her arranging and vocal maturity. (2017) Angelina gave us an amazing 14 song concert in Norway (Proysenfestivalen) with a solid jazz band. Yeah a demo released before baby fuzz released the original, reason for leaked. The thing with Angelina is I stopped equating her age after she turned 10, her maturity is that of an adult when it comes to song
