This song you should recognize as a song Quincy Jones arranged for Frank Sinatra, and Q asked her to perform this song at his 85th birthday celebration at O2 arena in London, he also became friends with her and said she was the most consequential performer since Michael Jackson, which he should know, I wouldn’t put it past him to have arranged the connection between Angelina and Republic Records, which is perfect for her because of their connection with jazz and Motown, and it doesn’t hurt that they have Rob Christie, a Grammy winning producer as their studio manager. Her signature is her breathy tones. Her vibrato. Fry as well. All the flavors and soul tools. She has that very interesting long stretched out low vibrato, but she also has more vibratos. She has insane control to apply them as she see's fit. You're gonna love her clearly. Another vote for I put a spell on you. I mean you like growls. Romeo, I sooo envy you. You have almost all of Angelina's songs to be discovered and amazed by. You also have the knowledge to understand more about the skills she applies. I have been following everything she does for eight years and am still surprised and amazed at her incredible talents. She has a way of grabbing our attention at the very beginning of a song and keep us mesmerized till the final note and wishing for more. And she does this in many genres. Angelina is one of the most addictive singers I have ever listened to, & one of the very few, that can pull you right into the song, making you feel, every word, every note, & every emotion. ❤💙 I always have this feeling that Angelina is not only channeling some of these late great singers, but that they also pass through her, when she is singing their song,& is why she can capture the true spirit of the original singer ❤💙 A rare beauty, in every sense of the word ❤💙 Loved your reaction!!!
