I've read in a comment there a situation similar to mine, I'm also a Metal head, and will always be, I started my journe back in 2015 when I first heard Angelina Jordan singing "What a Difference a Day Makes" at the age of 8 singing that beautiful melody in the way she did it, and 2 seconds into de song I was totally captivated and that day I watched the video... I don't know how many times and don't ask me how I came across that video I just know I'm so glad I did, but the most amazing thing of all it was how well she performs with no training whatsoever just a natural raw diamond, and her outstanding, beautiful, angelical voice specially at that age and I just couldn't resist her and just let myself go and fall for her, that's how I fell in love with Angelina and here I'm six years later still wanting more from her, and enjoying all these reactions I have seen, and witness people becom fans as well and it usually takes them one video, the toughest ones... 3 videos, tops, so this is been great ever since that day for me. My daughter and I listened to her way back when she won Norway’s Got Talent. We both loved her and still do. Angelina connects us with our own best senses and love. I have been crying all day for three reasons. First, because of the excitement over the release of Angelina's first single from Republic Records. Second, because of the sheer beauty of "Million Miles" - the music, the lyrics, the production quality and, most importantly, Angelina's astounding voice! Third, I went back to reminisce with some of my favorite reactors over the years. Although I had viewed these reactions many, many times in the past, watching them now in light of this important milestone in Angelina's life and career was very emotional for me. It was like paging through the family photo album just after giving my daughter away at her wedding. The poignant memories about her youth are now colored with the knowledge that she has grown up and taken a huge step in her life. While we will follow and support her in whatever the future holds, she will always be the little girl we have come to know and love. Could someone please pass the tissues??

I knew when I saw her at seven years of age perform Gloomy Sunday by Billie Holiday that she was someone with endless potential. However, it was the beginning of this year, on AGT the champions, with Bohemian Rhapsody that she proved she had risen to claim that potential. Now she's releasing her own songs, such as Shield and now Million Miles, and proving she truly will reach super stardom as she has been working toward since she was one and a half. 2014. I was busy browsing You Tube videos of the many talented performers throughout the world in singing competitions. There was a video that kept popping up with a thumbnail of this little girl in a white dress and after skipping over it several times my curiosity got the best of me so I clicked on it. OMG! I was floored. By the time she finished singing I realized I had tears running down my face and even though I couldn't understand what the judges were saying I understood the looks on their faces. The video was Angelina's first audition on Norway's got Talent. The song, Gloomy Sunday. Do yourself a favor and listen to Billie Holliday's original version and then tell me Angelina didn't nail it. I was waiting for my pain meds to kick in at 3am, so I was cruising the net for new singers. I was listening to a compilation video, when I saw a beautiful little girl with a big mop of semi-combed black hair. The caption read " 7 year old covers Billie Holiday and kills it". Well I just had to see that, as I watched this little, what I thought was an Amy Winehouse lookalike, approach the microphone bare feet and all. Then I heard to questions and her answers were short and to the point. That done she stepped up to the mic and started with a note so low that I was thinking it was a mistake. Then I realized there was no music. Then the little girl kept going and my my concern turned into wonder as she was singing this song A Cappella. I also realized I was holding my breath while this was going on. I breathed, and at once burst into tears. I have a quirk in my brain. Where a normal response to something like this would be goosepimples, I cry. It has always been my response to something I either saw or heard, or both. I am not talking just a couple of tears rolling down the cheek, I mean full on crying like my dog died crying. As I watched her go through this song like Billie herself I was overwhelmed by the impossibility of what I was watching. I would have been impressed if a 17 yr.old had sung this, but 7?!!! Now couple this with the fact that only three days before, again waiting for meds to kick in I had the privilege of discovering Daneliya Tuleshova a tini, tiny 10 yr.old burn down the house with an epic rendition of 'Stone Cold'. I had the same response to her as I had to Angelina. It was a while before I became aware that these two singers were the same age, well Angelina was six months older, and that it had taken the net to line up my list of what I watched and start making suggestions. I know I talk a lot but I am as excited about these two young singers as I was the first time I heard them. So there is my story. Thanks for your reaction.

One night while surfing around KZbin, I saw this beautiful young girl with a big red flower in her hair and the video title was Angelina Jordan, What a Difference a Day Makes. I clicked on it and my jaw dropped. Million Miles is an awesome beginning for Angelina's career on Republic Records. A loving tribute for her grandfather but also for anyone who has lost a loved one recently. Angelina Jordan is a bright shiny star, providing light and hope in a troubled world dealing with a pandemic. Great reaction! Without reading Angelina's own description, you NAILED the fact that this was written for everyone who's lost someone special (posted in Rusty's comment below). I somehow stumbled across Angelina's cover of "I Put a Spell on You" and was impressed when she held up a candle with a photo of Screamin' Jay Hawkins on it! I was amazed that a 9-year-old Norwegian girl even KNEW about Screamin' Jay! That inspired me to see where this 9-year-old got her start, so I checked out her cover of Billie Holiday's "Gloomy Sunday" on Norway's Got Talent (the ENTIRE 6:49 video with English subtitles - not just her performance) when Angelina was only 7 years old. I was a Billie Holiday fan, and when I closed my eyes I could swear I was listening to Billie Holiday. I've been a fan of Angelina's since then.

I've been a fan ever since the NGT video showed up on my KZbin recommendation list. While searching I saw the vide when she was 5 in the recording studio. Since she got a hook into me I've watched hundreds of reactions to her songs. I'm happy that her mother has been taking care of her and away from the glitz and glitter of the sharks who were trying to snag Angelina for their own benefit and reward. Her mother has been onboard with Angelina signing with Republic Records and if her mother approved of the venture then Angelina will be ok. Will we see a Grammy in her future?

"Bohemian Rhapsody" was a random suggestion from KZbin. Her funky clothes made me click it. At first I thought she was trying to be Norah Jones...no wait, Amy Winehouse. But midway through the song, I said nope, this girl is a genius! I immediately watched again. I wanted more, so I clicked on "I Put A Spell On You"...🤯 No way! She's from another PLANET! Next came "Summertime" on NGT...That's it, she's from another TIME! Finally, when I heard her sing "Every Time We Say Goodbye", I knew she was a Gift from God 😇 I said a prayer for her to have divine protection, "adopted" her as my daughter, and have listened to her everyday since then. Lately I've been looking for a 12-Step group for AJ addiction, but it seems nobody is interested in recovering from it 🥴 Btw- your singing is pretty damn good too!

I remember Angelina when she competed years ago when she was much younger. It's nice to see her back in the spotlight but I wish her recognition had continued from her youth on. Her voice is amazing and beyond her years. She is one of the many talents who never received popular recognition (like Tori Kelly) but I hope she stays in the musical currents :-)

QOTD A: Although I first heard Angelina not too long after she won _Norway's Got Talent_ (I can't say when exactly, but it was sometime in late 2014, based on my playlist of "Liked videos" - the first was "Angelina Jordan - sings 7 songs", BTW), I wouldn't have called myself "a fan" until January of this year, when I started to systematically watch all the videos on her Fanclub Mosarz channel. Before that, I had spent most of 2017-2019 just casually watching 1 or 2 videos of her each month. (And before that, she had totally dropped off my radar until I came across "I Put a Spell on You", in either late 2016 or early 2017.) BTW, even though I saw her "Bohemian Rhapsody" performance around that time (January 2020, I mean), that was shortly _after_ I had started going through the Mosarz videos. Anyway… my point is, I don't remember precisely which video it was that turned me into "a fan", but I _definitely_ remember which video turned me into what I only half-jokingly call a "hopeless fan". It made me cry. It wasn't the first video of hers that did that to me, but the two (or three?) before it had just made me "tear up" a bit or shed, like, a single tear. WWWY left me _sobbing_ afterwards. Not because it's a sad song, but because she sang it *So F'ing Well* … It hit me so hard, I knew my life would never be the same, and that I was going to be spending a _lot_ of my free time "being a fan" of hers. (This had happened to me before, becoming a "hopeless fan" of someone, so I recognized the feeling. That's why I had such a strong reaction. And actually, to be fair, the WWWY video didn't "turn me into" a hopeless fan so much as make me recognize that I had already become one. Anyway…) "Fortunately", at that exact time (within a week) I was provided, like many other people in the U.S., with a shit-ton of free time. And I've spent a _crazy_ amount of it over the last 7½ months "being a fan" of hers. (Frustratingly, though, I _still_ haven't actually finished watching all of her Mosarz videos! I've at least "checked" all of them, but I haven't "totally seen" about 80 of them - because I spend too much time watching reaction videos instead! :)

I first saw and heard Angelina on tv when she sang Bohemian Rhapsody. This song is a song for this time of the pandemic when so many have lost a loved one to covid. I'm so proud of our girl.

The summer before she was on AGT, I saw her video of Summertime. Not the NGT version. The one with the orchestra. I loved it, and dug deeper into who she was. I listened to everything she had and it was all over for me! I was hooked. She hasn't let me down one bit with this one or with SHIELD and OSLO. I couldn't believe it when I saw she was going to be on AGT and her performances on there just made me a bigger fan than I already was. My biggest excitement with my fandom with her is seeing people like you and the thousands others that are just now discovering her. It's really fun to see people like yourself see a particular performance and be amazed by it. Been there, done that, and it's really fun to see someone else experience it too. It's like watching something really good happening to someone.

Its like the best kind of addiction! I scour through You Tube searching for new reactions to her beautiful library and if I can't find one I rewatch some of my favorites. I'm 55 years old and can honestly tell you this has never been the case even with my other favorite artists. Wow.

For me also, it was her audition for Norway's Got Talent singing Gloomy Sunday. The first time the video did not have Enhlish captions, so I had to search out one that did to find out more and read what the judges said. I soon found the other videos from her rise to winner of NGT, and I've been searching them out ever since

First became a fan after AGT Bohemian Rhapsody! This new song is going to touch so many people. Cried because it was the way I felt when I lost my husband! Beautiful!

When I first heard this at midnight I was reduced to a wreck. And I mostly stayed that way as I listened to it maybe 8-10 times over the next 1.5 hrs until I went to sleep. I lost my father as a child and my mother more recently and the first verse alone hit me like a tonne of bricks. There is an uplifting message to this song in addition to the story of personal loss. To me that only enhances the emotionality of the song because it makes it more real. I loved the jazz-infused pop sound. It feels a little bit like Amy Winehouse singing an Adele song 😂. A little bit. Mostly it feels like AJ singing an AJ song. I like how there was some pace to the lyrics without making the song feel rushed; they still seemed to be floating in the empty space surrounding her. Just that imagery of her on the ladder alone would have been enough to break my heart. I knew something good was coming, yet I wasn’t prepared for this. *** I can’t remember the exact song because I buried myself in a bunch of them when I discovered AJ. I think I Put a Spell on You Might have been the first I encountered but it might have been Every Time We Say Goodbye that made me join the Church of Angelina. That was last November or December shortly after having a heart attack and songs like that one and Summertime were just so soothing for the soul. I listened to her music almost every day until AGT at which point I became well and truly obsessed. When I heard Cry Me a River and Young and Beautiful and Wicked Game I knew it would be a lifetime obsession.

Oh, yes David, there is no consideration of doing anything other than listening to Angelina and let her literally cleanse our souls through song for the rest of our lives. David, I'm sure you have but, just in case you haven't, listen to her sing How Great Thou Art. Religious beliefs aside, she sings it to us because it's a beautiful passage and she is totally absorbed by the message.

I first seen her on A.G.T. singing Bohemian Rhapsody. I have never really had a favorite singer until that moment and im 43. Ive always enjoyed music but she is different. Ive never felt the need to listen to a particular artist or singer until now. She is very special and can touch your soul with her voice. I can definitely say she is my favorite singer ever.

I first become a fan of Angelina Jordan when she first appered on Norway got talent back i 2014 and have followed her since . This was a very beautiful song from our barefooted angel and her grandfather would surely be proud of Angelina and this was an amazing Tribute to her grandfather . Wow, Angelina has burst out with this amazing song. Congrats to her. I first found Angelina soon after she won Norways Got Talent via KZbin. I sort of forgot about her until late last year I watched a review of Angelina, with Ivan Mandez, singing Stay and I have been addicted ever since.
