Also, I wanted to point out there are lots of young and older singer that just belt the songs; they are in tune and all but there's no real feeling behind their performances. Angelina on the contrary not only has the power but also such subtelty, such finness and soul in her delivery that makes her quite unique. Real art should touch your soul and that's exactly what Angelina does.

Yes ''Born to Die'' at the time it came out last year was the most stunning display of her big and beautiful lower register, It is still an iconic performance . I would think i might be crazy if there weren't so many other Angelina Jordan fans who all think she is the greatest singer ever. We can no longer live without her. It''s interesting that the AJ community is going through a retrospective period of her and she is still only 13+ years old. Regarding the dual link and sync, perhaps a lot of Angelina's Fans use computers to listen to her because most of her fans are not of the iphone generation.

Rusty Shackleford, who is a big Angelina fan, has this to say about copyright: "I want to point out that you don't need to worry about copyright issues with Angelina's stuff. The only exceptions are some of the songs on her cover channel where she is using backing track (and then it's the track owners that might stop it). But if she is with live instruments you don't need to worry about copyright." I will add that she has about three albums out there and those arrangements may be copyrighted if taken directly from the album songs.

Regarding the copyrights.... Angelina is not signed with a label and actually encourages reactions, so you will not have any copyright issues with her (or her team) directly. Here is the sticky point.... KZbin uses algorithms to "listen" to your uploads to check for copyrighted material. On _some_ of the videos on Angelina's cover channel she is using a backtrack to sing over. It is the owner of the copyrights to that backing track music that _might_ get you. If you go to her cover channel and select a video where she is with someone playing an instrument (ie no backtrack) you will not have to worry at all about copyright. For example: "A Million Years Ago"(age 12): kzbin.info/www/bejne/h3mvpY2HaNh8rac "California Dreamin"(age 12): kzbin.info/www/bejne/e3OsaH6jaN9qY7c Or if you find one of the many fancam videos of her live stuff (some are very high quality), you will not have any copyright issues. For Example: "It's a Mans World"(age 12): kzbin.info/www/bejne/fnbQaKd9p898gc0 "Diamonds are Forever"(age 11): kzbin.info/www/bejne/roPJd5akeZh-idE Or anything on her Official channel should also be safe from copyright. For example: "Summertime"(age 10): kzbin.info/www/bejne/qaXad2eqnpanmMU "What is Life"(the first original she wrote at age 11): kzbin.info/www/bejne/eKeTo2ptgLNqiKM The other issue you _could_ run into with copyright is with videos like this one, where it was professionally recorded and televised at some point. In that case it is technically the property of whoever recorded it and in that case it is anybody's guess what will get dinged and what won't. I have seen many reactions to stuff from this "2" (logo up in the corner) channel, so I assume they don't pursue the copyright stuff. I guess if this one went through then anything from this channel will be fine. (and when I say channel I mean the oldschool meaning... as in TV channel) I think "2" is a Norwegian tv network because a lot of Angelina's stuff has that logo in the corner. (someone regional could probably answer that). Every video I listed above is 100% copyright safe.... there are many, many others too. Hopefully the tips above will help you find the safe ones because I really enjoy your comments on her.

@Xantippa1000 Since posting this, the copyright algorithms have gotten stronger. Anything that has copyrighted lyrics will get a copyright claim. Every video on my channel has a copyright claim from random copyright holders for the lyrics to the songs she is singing. The only ones guaranteed to not get copyrighted are her videos of "What is Life" and "Shield" (but not the live shield). The copyright claim doesn't really mean anything unless it's a strike or if you are trying to make revenue from your channel.

Can't but agree on everything you say about Angelina, except for her age. She's currently just 13 (Jan 10), 10 yo in this recording. Regarding copyright: I haven't heard about anyone getting strikes from any of her material, but some recordings get caught by KZbin's Content ID algorithms and prevents monetizing, usually it's from the original artists/copyright owner on her covers, so any revenue would go to the big publishers.

That is a good point. There are two separate issues when it comes to copyright. The lesser offense which just takes the revenue from the video, and the greater offense which is an actual "strike". I have never heard of anyone getting a "strike" from an Angelina reaction. All the stuff I said in my earlier comment pertains to the monetization side of it.

Feeling good, covered by Muse is fantastic. It is an old song, from Nina Simone, and it is magical by sung by her. Angelina blows dust from so many of these old songs, and she does it with style, her own style. I hope you can react to Hua chen yu soon, he is another great and mazingly talented and unique artist that brings along a huge fanbase. He did cover some muse songs before he got much of his own material. He even covered this song, and it is great. Thank you, you really have a radio-voice, it's good that you don't totally adopt a radiopersonality. People want authenticity (to some degree). If the Dual link and sync (if it's written like that), solves the copyright-issues, why hesitate? Does it mean you don't get any (or lose some) revenue when you use it or are there other reasons? If it is useful, I am sure there are other reactors out there who would like to know about it also. Whatever you can tell me about it would be appreciated. Like how to get it, if it's not a trade-secret. As D. Fryer said among the 30 or so reactors I've seen, I can remember only one report about copyright. That video is still up, so not a strike or block, just the rightholders cashing in (not Angelina).

I really like the result, but I can see that this probably will pose a technical hurdle for some creators and watchers. Hopefully some can benefit from it. Angelina is afaik independent and does not enforce any copyright. Whether it's generousity or otherwise, I support her patreon, to try to make up some of the difference. Rusty Shackleford have a playlist with most of Angelinas songs. I'm unsure if he has posted it before, but if he does now, he will probably help with what to look for to avoid copyright-issues. The Norways got talent performances have been reacted to countless times, so they should be safe (and next on your list). The "Gloomy Sunday" which is highly recommended, has two different links (same content) on youtube. At least one of them does not work in all countries. So link and sync would perhaps not be the best (unless you show both videos)for this. I second the recommendation to start at the beginning and do Gloomy Sunday. I can't say for sure about the copyright on that one.... only that I have seen dozens of people do it and have never heard of any copyright issues.
