Valerie is one of her renditions (of many) that give me chills from the first note to the last. Simply too good for words. Kid sister Juliette is the icing on the cake for me in this one. Angelina is reading the lyrics while singing happier and I wonder how much preparation she really needs to make such covers. It has been a bit more than a year that her grandfather - in the photo between photos of her - passed away and she gives glimpse eyes at him. He’s certainly the reason for the choice of the song

Second song; second comment. I have to admit this isn't one of my favorites of hers - that doesn't mean anything. It still goes directly into my favorites folder. This young girl could sing the phone book if she wanted, and it would go there as well. She's just that good! The guitar player is Ivan Mendez, a pretty well-known and accomplished player in his own right. In my opinion he's the best accompanist of all when she does these simple solo sets. He stays quietly in the background, always only providing just the proper amount of notes for her to weave that astounding voice around and bring her up to her very best. I like to watch his expression as the song unfolds. It's obvious he's quite aware of just how good she is, and how lucky he is to be sitting there, becoming a well-known sidebar in the history of her burgeoning career. Don't know if he's her cousin or not, but it doesn't matter. Kudos to him for the job he's doing. It's unfortunate that you need to break up the performances like that in order to avoid copyright, but you do what you have to. Keep 'em coming.

Inserting pauses is so annoying! Angelina is in the partner program where she shares advertising profits from reaction videos with reactors. I can listen to Angelina's songs all day long, because she takes me back to my "hana buttah dayz" ('nose butter,' if you know what I mean?). And then some. Her unique/mature tone is reminiscent of the greatest icons of old. The beauty of innocence and the pureness in this child's soul, along with her "laid back" personality, is reflected in her song selections and deliverance.There is a calming, lounge affect, because her tempo is slow, deliberate and accentuates her unique vocal qualities and personality. I don't think there is any risk of Angelina being too influenced by the pop culture. Have you heard Angelina's latest song? She is featuring on Nico Cartosio's brand new album called "Melting". Nico is a writer and composer of symphonic music in neo-romanticiscm style. His album is brilliant and the last song there is called "Song for A". It was written specifically for Angelina. The song is not yet out on KZbin, but you can find it on any of the streaming services like Spotify, Apple Music or Tidal. Try it out. This Angelina performance is simply awesome and shows a completely different side of her. I think Angelina's warm and emotional contralto voice is perfectly suited to classical oriented songs like Song for A.

I believe you must have a reason for the intrusive text every 10 to 15 seconds but for me it makes them almost unwatchable.

KZbin has started blocking all copyrighted videos unless you insert pauses around every 30 seconds. Angelina still gets her copyright claim so it's not about money. This is something KZbin has started doing recently. It's frustrating for me as well because I don't like pausing during the songs because it pulls me out of the moment. That is why I insert the breaks afterwards during editing. I do try to keep them as unintrusive as possible. I've heard a few other reactors mention putting unedited reactions on something called Patreon. I'm not sure what that is but I will look into it and see if it may be an option.

I think that's the point. She isn't trying to copy anyone. Her voice is naturally deep and smokey and she is a jazz/blues singer so everything she sings has that sound. Amy Winehouse and Nina Simone had similar sounds because they were also jazz singers. I don't want her to sing pop music... at least not in the traditional pop style. Her voice is much more suited to James Bond type songs. She recently moved to LA so I do worry about the Hollywood types ruining her the way they love to do... with them it's only about the $$$.

You say she sings like an adult because of her almost contralto voice well that's only because you are not familiar with children with deeper voices. As far as ruining is concern, why would you relate it to pop? Jazz was the music for where people were constantly ruining their lives in the past, should we hope she doesn't get involved with Jazz and Blues? Elvis, Beatles, Supertramp, Fleetwood Mac, Abba were pop would you rather she hung out with Megadeath people? Spears and Lohan were trailor park people before their fame Aguilera and Carey weren't. It has nothing to do what music they're doing it's who they are as people and how they were raised that matters
