Thanks for a new sweet reaction Marie, you too are in full mood of early Christmas Eve, but go back early. Angelina did a great job singing this song almost in a jazz version, if during the year Angelina's voice is a splendid accompaniment, when the holidays are approaching it becomes superlative, her vocal softness and whispered tone is perfect ❤️ 😊 She has such musical and vocal flexibility that I believe she can really sing anything, and always with great results, these are really beautiful pearls of Angelina's work, mixed with her lovely childish reactions that punctuate his careful professionalism. 4 years ago she also released a beautiful mini CD of Christmas 3 songs, "My Christmas"

Another home run, Marie! Angelina is hard to describe. When a performer is that close to perfection, comparisons aren't helpful. Time will tell, but she's one of the most talented singers I've ever heard -- and she's barely a teenager. The solo instrument is a tenor saxophone. Of all the commonly-heard saxophone "voices" (soprano, alto, tenor, baritone, bass), it's a good choice to support her rich contralto voice.

Great start to your holiday reactions by choosing Angelina. This was on December 18, 2016 at a concert televised on TV 2 in Norway for a charity called Stott Frelsesarmeens Julegryte (Support the Salvation Army’s Christmas Pot). She was 10-years old. This song was actually made famous during world war 2 by American singer/actor Bing Crosby. Angelina has a great voice for someone so young. Amy Grant’s “My Grownup Christmas List” is another good Christmas song. Stay safe. 💕

Great jazz, but the artist was the Dave Brubeck Quartet, with Paul Desmond on alto sax. Getz was the master of the tenor sax & isn't credited (by secondhandsongs.com) with a cover of "Take Five." Now..."The Look of Love"? That's Stan Getz at his best!

Angelina is an extremely good singer for her age. A lot of her fans skip over those last three words - 'for her age.' A lot of people expect her to be the Greatest Singer Of All Time. That's a lot of pressure to put on a teenager, especially given the many amazing singers out there. Then again, her fans are usually comparing her to pop singers, and dismiss many great singers from other music genres as not being comparable because she doesn't sound like them...

Music is always a personal preference. For me, what sets Angelina apart from the rest is her ability to convey tremendous emotion to every word she sings. She is the only vocalist to make me cry in my 62 years. Please stay safe and healthy one and all.

@@andyschnell58 When it comes to evoking emotion, it does mostly come down to preference, although some individuals can affect more people than the average singer. I can name 3 or 4 singers who can emotionally impact me no matter what they sing. This kid isn't one of them.

@@garyballard179 If that is your opinion it would be interesting to hear more from a technical viewpoint, and more specifics. She has for the most part a very relaxed tone, and not much strain when she sings. Most professionals -that is to say artists that has a name in the pop world - usually puts more strain into their performance than she does. Dont take my word for it, there are people with Phds out there who have assessed her voice. And yes, I am also an educated musician myself. To be burned out as you say, can happen to just about anyone. It does not necessarily indicate a poor singing technique. I truly hope she doesn't wear herself out. Her ability goes far beyond "potential" I vehemently disagree with you there. In fact I have never heard a child sing like she did in some of her previous renditions. She is like the Magnus Carlsen of jazz. All that being said, I have heard her sing with swollen vocal cords at times. Like som many many singers before her.
