For the people that think it's wrong for this couple to sample Tony! Toni! Tone!'s song "It Never Rains in Southern California," I have a point to make. A song is not made "secular" or "worldly" until lyrics are applied. If this melody stood alone, without any lyrics, how would you deem it secular/worldly? You can't. When dealing with music, you have to get past melodies being reused, copied or similar to other melodies. You're choosing to focus on the music and not the message.
