I don’t usually comment but your channel has made me comfortable enough to do so. I watch you whenever I can and I adore you. I’m 14 (15 in February 🥳) with pretty bad anxiety, so peace and calmness is something I try to keep as much as possible. Even if I can’t pay attention to the video (which is usually when I’m at school) hearing your voice in the background is soothing enough. Thank you for being who you are ❤

If you ever want to try something other than spray oil, I use cake release to grease my tins - one tbsp each butter, oil, and flour. Gives a little crunchy crust like the tops and they come out perfectly.
