I really enjoy watching (listening) to your videos. I always wondered about the pandemic’s impact on ASMR popularity. Human beings NEED human touch; it might be that ASMR filled in for the touch deficit that many would be experiencing during that time. Then again, maybe I just have too much time to think about such things. Lol.😂

Interesting take. I think there may be some accuracy to it, but I don't think it aligns with the sense of "touch". It definitely goes with hear/ sound but without a physical interaction I don't think it can fill "touch". I think I wrote a comment like this somewhere on the platform.
