He said that you can imagine my speed from the incident that when your brothers were throwing you in the well, I was on the upmost heaven and Allah (SWT) ordered me that Yousaf must not touch the water of well . When you were near the bottom I reached and put you on my wings to save you. Modern science also confirms that time in other dimensions is different or have no value.

If you're referring to neurons in the brain, then they are way slower than the speed of light. Myelinated neurons can achieve about 120 meters per second whereas the speed of light is 299,792,458 meters per second. Notice the difference?
