I know this might sound silly, but when I was a boy I honestly thought the lady who ran the foster home was the same one from Home Alone 2. Kevin gave her a pep talk and she was so inspired that she traveled across the country, cleaned herself up, and decided to inspire children the way Kevin once inspired her when she was homeless by opening up a foster home. I loved this movie when I was a kid! It was so inspiring to me and one of the first sport movies I watched. I was disappointed that baseball games don't actually as quickly as this movie, but otherwise it was very good! Works surprisingly well as a story!
