As a former Peace Corps volunteer and a teacher who can't visit my peace corps site due to Boko Haram the trailer made me weep. Its so sad that people view education as dangerous. Study after study prove educating girls and women dramatically improves a state's quality of life, but the Taliban just banned girl's education. Why is our path two steps forward, one step backward. Congratulations on the film.

The effeminate clown world West stands as a counter example to educating women. The fact is that the education system denies people the knowledge to survive in the real world but ensures they are trapped in the system we are all debt slaves to. Most of the worst things in history were done by “educated” people and women have proven they are just as brutal as men.

Awesome to see Roya and her teammates getting the recognition they deserve. They have changed the culture here in Canada, where they originally built their FRC scale robot to compete in FIRST. Those of us who had a chance to meet these amazing young women back in 2018 knew they would change the world. I'm so happy this film is being made. I've still got a part of their robot in my workshop to inspire the next generation of young engineers.

It's heartbreaking to know how much worse things have gotten for women in Afghanistan since whenever this story was supposed to have taken place. In addition to requiring women and girls to be completely covered from head to toe: no faces or feet showing, and having a related male with them at all times, the Taliban is now banning them from singing, reciting even the Koran, or reading in public in addition to looking AT any men they're not related to. Definitely pray for Afghanistan. It's heartbreaking what's happening there.
