Clearly, Angie was the marketable one with the better voice. Btw, where is Candace today?? She must not have been that big of a deal since she has not done anything with her career since she won.

Contests are rigged, as we’ve seen on previous seasons, when less talented singers win. Sounds to me like it’s another reason. Candice put out a major album with the show and has been working consistently since, with Holiday specials, other television appearances and residencies. In entertainment being successful isn’t just being in the forefront for racists such as yourself to see, it’s consistently working which she has been doing. Talking about more marketable, obviously, the other hundreds of music companies didn’t take that chance. That’s what’s wrong with society now, you’re worried about looks. Talent should always win and in this case it did. Sorry if you’re perturbed by it🤷🏽‍♂️
