Had done 2 successive angiographies with in 6 months . The first one show 90% stenosis in om1 , plv of distal rca 100 %blocked with collateral flow from left .the next second one angiography shows om1 totally cleared, a small stenosis 30% in proximal LCX , and plv is 100% opened . How will you describe that changes dear sir ?🙏

Sir in 2019 angiography performed in BMB BIRLA Kolkata and 60-70% blockage found in my right Coronary artery. I am still under medication with clipidogrel 75 mg and resuvatatin 10mg per day. I am diabetic but suger is under control with meformin and regular 7 km walking. But still chest discomfort during brisk walking persit. Your opinion please 🙏

Angiogram as a test to rule out the coronary artery disease is fine, but that would generally not change the treatment protocol for moderate mitral regurgitation. I would recommend you to book an online consultation to give you a more refined decision.

No regular symptoms.. Just acute chest pain at interval of 2-3 months or if there's stress. 2D ECHO, cholesterol level,sugar level,lipid profile and BP everything is normal..
