Sir, My CT Angio report mentioned LAD - Dense calcified plaque is seen in middle third artery along superior and inferior wall causing maximum stenosis around 60-70%. Calcified plaque involves approx. 6-7 mm. long segment artery. My cholesterol-162, TGL -160, HDL-36, LDL-98. Calcium score-103. No BP or Diabetes. Height-68.5 inch, Weight-70. Age-63/Male. Daily walking-45 minutes. Only problem is whole day feeling tired and sleepy. Sir, may I know where this LAD- middle third artery is located and the blockage mentioned is serious ? Is it any major artery or a small branch ? Doctor has prescribed Rosuva Gold 0-0-1, Selekon-XL-25 1-0-0, Ezentia-10 0-1-0 and Mbtron-Plus 0-1-0 for 3 months and after that TMT. Any further treatment required, Sir ? Kindly guide.

For your age this calcium score is normal. Getting an Angiography is a normal recommendation, but it's a choice, not a compulsion.

Uske bad me ecg nikala to normal tha. Phir mere psycatrist doctor ne kaha ye vasovegal attack hoga. To phir sir main net pe dekha to vasovegal sycope can first and only prior to cardiac arrest warning padha to please ye kya tha aur, hai to kitna dangerous hai.main unconscious nahi huwa tha. Aur ause episode ho sakte hai kya

Sir, I've went through angioplasty for 2 times in March 21 (LAD PROXIMAL)and March 23 (RAMUS), In feb 24 my doctor suggested Tmt to clear some of my doubts which showed mild changes ,so my doctor suggested CT ANGIOGRAPHY which showed both stents Patent and mild blockage of 30 to 40 % in other 2 arteries and a narrowed artery with satisfactory blood flow. So now after 4 months is there any major change possible in this condition, as I'm experiencing pain around my chest randomly sometimes accompanied by phlegm in my throat and sometimes randomly, most important i can still brisk walk 5 kms without any problem. Sir mera 6 month phlemedical me tmt test fail ho gya tha company ne ct enjography krai usme sab zero aya sab ok tha koi blokeg nhi calcium wall nhi. Sb fit. But 10 feb se mere left hand me andr dard ho raha hai ek din thande pasine bhi aye tbe thakan nend ghabraht bhi ho rhi hai. Ecg kraya bp chk kiya sab normal hai. Ab kya kru plz tell me
