Angle bisectors is a line that divides the two sides of the angle into two equal parts . If you make angle bisectors to all of the angles in a triangle intersect and it is called in center.If they do not all meet then it is wrong. The in center is always inside the triangle. It is actually the center of a circle which touches all the sides. it is the largest circle that can fit in the triangle .

They meet at the same point because they are dividing/bisecting the angles into 2 equal parts (which is what bisect means in GEOMETRY: bi=2 equal, sect=cut) and project outwardly so they have to meet in the center, which is the equal-distance point from each vertex.
