Recipe
INGREDIENTS
• 1 lb sea bass (cleaned and scaled)
• 2 tsp garlic powder
• 2 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
• 1 teaspoons black pepper
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon tony’s
• 1/2 lemon
• 1⁄3 cup white wine
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 450F°.
2. In a cup, mix all seasonings with oil
3. Place fish in a shallow glass or ceramic baking dish.
4. Rub fish with oil mixture.
5. Pour wine over fish. Squeeze lemon over fish
6. Bake fish, uncovered, for 15 min or until flaked
7. Drizzle remaining pan juices over fish and garnish with lemon wedges.
