In my opinion, it was the exact opposite. I never liked attacking on house, as I felt like I had a disadvantage, as I could get spawnpeeked, there could be an ela in the garage with the auto shotgun, and so many other things.

Dawson Daniels there really is enough entrances, plus the only reason for a rework is to keep a map fresh. Old house had ALOT of entry points and not enough cover, so they’re prob trying to switch it up a bit. And if u didn’t notice they took away a lot of soft-walls and made a lot more floors destructible.

What I like to do with secure area on this map when it’s in car room is to take Tachanka and camp in girls closet with proximity alarms to my back while I’m facing car room. Then I take out the walls with my turret so I can see. I also reinforce my back

This is off topic but to buff glaz I feel his ability should be like vigil, cav, warden, etc. you can activate thermal for about 6 seconds and turn it off forever and it will recharge. The ability will not go away from movement. Also I think that should make nøkks fmg9 should have an integrated suppressor and make her a three speed one armour.

Sneaky Melusi Spot #1: Inside the master bedroom, right next to the floor-hatch-garage-door peak. There is a chair, you can shimmy up the ride side of the chair (the one armrest against the wall). Once you get on the arm rest, go back a bit. And then you’ll be high enough to go onto the backrest of the chair, place the Melusi Gadget up as high as you can get it on the wall. Then you can go down. This location is indestructible, if people don’t shimmy up the side. Even if they get up onto the seat. They cannot knife it. I’m going to patent this, ‘ThunderNoXu found this spot’. What does this cover? This protects the brown open wall, and will slow them down if they try to hide in that general area.

I know that it would make more work on your end, but it would be really helpful for me if you showed what your little kill holes looked like from the attacker's side after showing them. That way I know exactly what they are looking at when they come into that spot. Then I would have more idea of what that hole looks at rather than just the name. I don't know the names of the things well enough to know what I'm looking at from your point of view.

Interesting that the floor beams are not all running the same way 6:25. As far as I know, traditionally in siege all floor beams run north-south.

The map designer who led this rework confirmed that the direction of the beams can specifically be set by the designers to make some angles harder to use. There is no fixed rule on which direction the beams run

There is one critisism/suggestion I have for the video. While I think this video is very well made, Whenever you covered bits about angles through softwalls in the video, I couldn't help but notice you only made the hole and peaked through the tiny line of sight and only verbally mentioned the location of what the viewers were looking at. See 5:38 for example. Anyone who has not seen the map before or is unfamiliar of what part of the room they were looking at would be scratching their heads over exactly what kind of angle the softwall opens up. I suggest using a split screen of two clips side by side kinda similar to 0:54 to cover angles like this. On one side of the screen you show a clip of you creating that angle peek through the soft wall and on the other side of the split screen, you have a clip standing in the position that softwall opens up to (and possibly maybe look around?) so viewers may get a better sense of the positioning in relation to the angle you just made. (maybe possibly add a small minimap on the top right of each splitscreen with markers?) Other than that, thank you for the coverage as always. :D

Anyone think the maps are getting boring? Just big square messes off corridoors and rooms. No more daring or even realstic map elements like the lobby in bank which offers more varried gunplay then just looking down a corridoor waiting for someone to peak. If you need an example of this. Just look at the front of House now campared to old house. The original siege maps felt like sieges, you felt like a CT operator involved in a real situation.
