Angola opens up, puts in place visa-free entry to nationals from 90 countries

Fourteen African nations are on the list for the visa-free entry. These include Tanzania, Eswatini, Morocco, Lesotho, Rwanda, Zimbabwe, Equatorial Guinea, Botswana, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Seychelles, Cape Verde and Algeria.

Oil producer yes, but they recieve only 10% from the oil leaving the country. 45% goes to the company that did the drilling and 45% goes to the financier whois probably some Arab country. In Namibia they have the same % as they recently became an oil exporting country. I would like to know how the people think about deals like that, who thinks 10% is a good enough deal ???
