The cosmic horror hippie cult theme really reminds me of the movie The Endless. I recommend it if anyone's interested in weird, low-budget sci fi stuff. Also, Black Mountain Side. Less cults, more archaeologists and horror themes, but very good .

As soon as I saw our protagonist drinking tea without pausing I knew they were in for a bad time. When Cult Boss mentioned it was 'sacred tea' and would 'open our third eye' I understood it was surprise drugs. Be responsible hippies. Make sure you're giving/receiving things where everyone knows what's in. Tom and Lydia just talked about drinking kool-aid and falling over yo, and bam. The dood we're rooting for just necks what was in front of her straight out.

Daily reminder that Tom is an amazing person and to thank him for all he has done/will do - Day 1069 WOOOO more Lydia and Tom, and so close to each other too :D fantastic Oh this game was really nice, I do hope they return to do the rest of it as it was a grand time I know the exact Eel Horror Film Tom is talking about, can't for the life of me remember the name, but I know the one I have only ever used Coriander to make Cola, and I enjoy that, so maybe I do like it myself OOO, Was going to say how that Illusion Flower Pattern looked like the Face of the creature at the start, but then we got all the Mandacore, Mandafour and Gloom stuff, so that was pretty much confirmed XD So my theory is that the Lead is trying to recreate the cult stuff from his family, as he believes it to be good, but only knows it from passing. Like with old books and notes, noone to teach him, hence why when it went wrong he had no idea what to do. I honestly think he thinks he's doing the "Right" thing, and is also in the shit much like everyone else :D He he he, Loot > Everything Else
