Surprising to look in the comments and see people not enjoying this art style. It's a shame the filter must give people headaches, since I personally really love it! I'd actually like it if Tom continued this just to get the other endings. Or maybe that's a members thing?

I personally really enjoy the art style but the frequency and intensity of the visuals changing is too strong. The standard for color changes is to effectively slide across the color palette so that the transition between frames is smooth. The style here, instead of sliding across the color palette is making leaps so it doesn't feel smooth. Combining the pixel art style and the color changes makes it feels like it borders the intensity of flashing lights that can cause epileptic shocks.

I quite liked the atmosphere and the weird spookiness. I’m kinda medium on the visual effect on everything but otherwise the game looks pretty cool

yeah, it feels very unfocused so my eyes don't really enjoy it. It's was probably part of an asset pack on humble bundle some time ago or similar so small time inide devs use it since it was cheap and covers multitude of graphical sins.

Daily reminder that Tom is an amazing person and to thank him for all he has done/will do - Day 1663 Now this was a surprise XD going by the title, graphics and overall style of the game, I assumed it was going to be a relaxing time of gardening filled with cute spoopy ghosts. But, that all changed at 6:03 when they bad boy got me XD ha ha. I gotta say, a really interesting game with a really fun style indeed it, setting up such a mystery that I am very interested to see how the whole thing plays out :D I do hope Tom returns for the full thing :D Honestly, being eaten by the Mist feels like a very Tom way to go XD

It's based on the regional dialect for the province of Groningen, which is called Grunn locally :)
