The song is dedicated to André Matos, one of the founders and the original vocalist of Angra. He appears as a boy in this video. When the boy approaches the mythical figure Angra, goddess of fire in the Brazilian mythology, the music briefly turns calm, peaceful, clear and very melodic. The boy opens his bag, revealing the letters "A. M." - André Matos - written inside. He hands fresh sunflowers to Angra. Then André Matos walks into the light. The song likely aims to express a last farewell to André Matos to prepare a new beginning for Angra.

Brilliant song! Already one of my favorite Fabio songs with Angra. Personally I prefer the first 5 Angra albums, and haven't really been too blown away by anything more recent, but I'm excited to see what they bring this time around. Epic epic song 🤘🤘

I love the song!!! The best Angra time was for me the Edu Falaschi Era with Rebirth, Temple of Shadows and Aurora consurgens. The new song has a little bit more the vibe of that Era, i was not a Fan of last 2 Angra Albums also because i think Fabio fits not very well for the Style of Angra, but in this one i like him. But don´t forget, new Edu falschi Solo Album is coming this month and if it is as good as Vera Cruz, then Edu Falaschi will hit Angra by far ! :D

It sounds pretty good. My only feeling is maybe it woulda been nice to have the choir/keyboard opening part come back in at the end of re-emerge during the song at some point. I have a question for you... what are the best power metal albums of the year so far? I've searched for some lists and apart from a few by the usual suspects, not much has stood out.

Some of the ones I've really liked so far this year are Twilight Force, Skyblazer, Ascension, Avaland, Ashrain, Adrian Benegas, Prydain, Winterage, Wild Steel, Excalion, Battle Born, Walk With Titans, and Stray Gods! Some others I really liked that are a little more on the border of Power Metal are Dark Sarah, Asylum Pyre, Alcatrazz, Rexoria, and Against Myself! Those have some other influences in there as well.
