What you thought was Ivy was a Virginia Creeper (harmless). Leaves of three let it be, Berries white, run in fright, Hairy Vine, no friend of mine. Poison Sumac typically has seven to 13 leaflets arranged in pairs. The biggest worry you have is that gator lurking around. My head hurts from when you clobbered us. That looked like a mink swimming by and glad that beaver didn't come after you.
