She has no right to be upset at her brother. Plus he's right, she had insurance with a 25.00 copay three days prior. She's a liar too. Shameless.

Judge should have handed that $700 to it and girl. It's not the money that's messed things up. It's her entitlement and lack of taking responsibility for the foolishness in her

The defendant is soooo argumentative . Just admit that you lied to him period . She is going further ,excuse after excuses. Get over it and pay . .

My husband always said if you lend money to friends or family you lend it with the expectations of not getting it back . That way no hard feelings. But for me if they ask I don't say to the person I forgive the loan, just want to see if itgets paid back.

Oh please if it was my sister I would not talk to her for a while. Let her know how serious I am cuz she's going to keep doing it and she's going to keep doing it. She need to learn and take responsibility

What do you think of his sister?

I never loan money anyone, especially family. I GIVE the money if I can afford it. That way, if they don't give it back, I'm not disappointed or angry about it. Incidentally, I'm 58 and only one person in my life has not paid me back. But if I can't afford to give the money, I just dont.

That’s wise advice. The expectation here is what has me like ‘What?!’…I never understand why family thinks they’re immune to paying back family. What about you?

@@LauraUnfiltered Well, my husband and I have been married for 25 years, and along the way we've needed financial help from our parents. We always have paperwork between us like the brother here did. But it's because they are family, we want them to know for sure we're going to pay them back and we do. I think it's more important to pay back a loan when you're borrowing from family.
