Sec 33 applies in Scotland too. The guy in the car was making it up as he went along. In Scotland, physical restrictions are the best indicator as per sec 33. Beyond that, you would have to deprive them of a specific use of their land to forcefully evict you. You plan on doing any follow ups? There's still loads. east Kilbride was where Mat12128 got arrested and phone seized. Fettes was one of koleeberks longest audits too. Where firearms officers threatened unlawful arrest for details. They can only demand details if they pull you over. If you're parked with engine off you're still in charge of a vehicle but not driving. So the only route they would have is breath test for drunk in charge of a vehicle. Still no need for details if it's negative.

When the Plod eventually showed up days later he denied all of the allegations I made against the other driver, even though there were independent witnesses and he gave me a new Crime/Incident Number detailing a completely different and much, much lower single offence had been committed. When I contacted the Police switchboard again they told me that this original number did not exist and had been marked as an error and therefore deleted. @@dahdidah8553 Yeah. This is Scotland where corrupt Plod cover for each other, more than you can ever imagine. Always have, always will. I actually stood toe-to-toe with the investigating Plod who told me that the whole list of offences I was told were being investigated were a mistake and that it was simple Careless Driving. The f*** threatened me with arrest if I kept pushing it. Had reason to call them again in the future and when they turned up and got ID from me I could see their attitude change, so I guess I am on a list somewhere. Didn't like 'em before. Didn't like 'em now.

Welcome to stasi Scotland. The reason they don't wear body cams is because of their abuse of their position during interactions with the public. Unfortunately it's the minority of officers in Scotland that are good, the rest will see you as a suspect and guilty first. Not good.

Hi LA. Why don’t the police inform the public about the laws of filming? Why don’t the police inform the public what they want to hide?
