SO this guy sleeps in the daytime. When does he expect the work to be done? at 2 am when he is awake, then wake up the other neighbors? Is got to be done sometime. Also I guess that mans neighborhood belongs to him and he is the King.. That neighborhood apparently does not belong to any of his neighbors.. Only him. Does he know how stupid that sounds. When I worked overnight shift, I was awakend with noise like that. I understood that I am the one on a different schedule, and cant expect the world to stop for me.
