Well perhaps because firstly you are using a phone whilst driving which is illegal, secondly Monaco has VERY strict filming and photography laws to stop people from filming celebrities and thirdly Monaco police are allowed to stop anyone for no reason whenever they want. Those are the laws in Monaco. They could pull anyone over regardless of whether they are committing an offence or not.

That is the problem. the police is making up the laws as they go. I didn't see a pedestrian crossing the zebracrossing and they say they would take my car. I was a freaking accident and nothing happened. (And in france nobody stops for zebracrossings). And they impounded cars for doing a little acceleration with not even breaking the speedlimit. So what you say is true, but you weren't there I guess.

Hi Gordon, we noticed as well those Indonesian Ferraris in Italian plates in the end of the video. We suppose it is similar to what happened during the 2017 Ferrari Cavalcade, held here in Puglia (Southern Italy): many many Asian Ferrari owners who didn't bring the 'Raris all the way from Asia to Italy to save the transport money (it's so ironic), and Ferrari provided them with press GTC4 Lussos and 488 GTBs.
