The best way to figure out if your Indian representative is a scammer is ask them if they've heard of Kitboga, if they get angry and hang up then they're a scammer, any other positive response may mean they're legitimate (further testing may be required)

I had something similar happen to me via a phone call. I'm deaf so everything is scripted. (long story short). I was told fraudulent activity on my credit card. They didn't name the card but left it to me to name (I have 3, savings, debit and my university card). I claimed a bank that doesn't even exist but was transferred to the C.E.O., who strangely knew I was deaf. I knew all this was fake but played their game. No way would I grant access to my computer nor log into my bank account. I enjoyed acting dumb using a number of your antics, although difficult to interrupt them, I enjoyed typing out lengthy replies using a number of common abbreviations that went way over their head, that was until they saw what some of my abbreviations meant. I did have fun and managed just over 40 minutes of their time. You are a great teacher Rinoa and it's always enlightening to follow you, albeit a little difficult at times when multiple people are talking. Cheers to you, Stephanie.

That was an accident. Call really really got him going as if a CEO to even a small company would answer a telephone to general customers. It certainly wouldn’t happen and hearing him losing his temper as you were talking to him you know swearing in in the background, trying to think he was all big, really enjoyed this one. Does tickle me these ones as if Amazon or PayPal or any of those companies would take control of your machine to try and fix it they would just say to you go to your bank report it like they would hear in the UK, and then they would put an inhibit or a block on it and keep an eye on things for you Very very good. I get 5 to 12 calls almost every day. I answer some and ask them to clarify their American name. Then I say " you are trying to tell me that I'm supposed to trust that your Indian parents named you John or James or Luke"? I love watching your videos. I'm thinking about getting an air horn to try to damage their ears. Any other ideas on how to stop so many calls?
