bikers need to know when they go very fast drivers can't see them and can't tell how fast you are coming/going. here's a question for "go fast" biker : you are in left lane on your bike going 100+mph, im in right lane 100 feet in front of you driving my car at 45mph and changing lanes. did i just cut you off ?, and if i did why you think i did ?. PEACE.
