So stoked to hear your review. I couldn't wait for the review and bought one 3 weeks ago. Was going back and forth between this and the Ejack, and by the sounds of it I'm gonna be glad I went with the Rasman!! Resorts haven't opened here yet so it will be a couple weeks before I get to ride it on our trip to Colorado Thanksgiving week. From your review it sounds like exactly what I was looking for. Time to boost side hits, lay trenches and hold the throttle WFO

i ride the 2021 version of the Rasman and it is really how you say: „it’s gonna force you to be a better rider“. If you try to manhandle it, it really manhandles you back😂 It’s going fast, it pops you to the moon, it’s fun carving and pow-turning, and it feels always stable and damp. I got it in 161 and it feels like a flagship. I rode it with a Burton Mission but for this season I got the Ride C-8 bindings which should be stiffer, the Missions will go with a 2022 Amplid Ticket that i just bought.. can’t wait for snow to test it all out👍🏼

Grabbed a 57 Rasman this year and absolutely love it. Just like Avran described , it’s a great be-all, do-all mountain ripper (minus the park features but jumps are fun). ❄️🏂🤙

5’11” 205lbs 9 boots currently on a older lib tech c2x TRS 157. Feels like I’m too much for that board at higher speeds and steeper terrain, or the board has gotten softer. Would you go 159 or 161 in this board? Thanks!

Please read: I'm 6'2 size 12 and 240lbs. I already have a playful board and a powder board. I'm looking for a stiffer hard charging stable board to mobb through anything at high speed... stuck between this, the BSOD, or the ultra flagship... based on my specs which will be the best one for me? Thinking of 159 or 161 on all of them... let me know, and I'll purchase through your link today. Thanks for the help...
@AngrySnowboarder2 жыл бұрын
Honestly the Ultra is probably what you want that thing is super damp which will help you with plowing through choppy terrain. 61 still seems a little small though.

Well shit. I was eyeing up the Dynamo as a 3rd deck to round out my quiver (2018 Slush Slasher, 2021Jackpot). *I've been shoehorning the Slush Slasher into an all mountain roll and have been happy at how versatile it actually is. Now I need something damp for my bone on bone grinding arthritic ankles, but also want to boost to the moon. Thoughts? Not too much quiver overlap with adding the Ras into the mix?
@AngrySnowboarder2 жыл бұрын
It fits with what you have and would make a nice compliment. If you got that bone on bone hopefully you got aftermarket insoles and are taking some kind of supplement for your joints.
@homealone50872 жыл бұрын
@@AngrySnowboarder Thanks. I've got the Shred Soles in my boots and thinking of upgrading to the Remind - Cush Impact high arch insoles. I don't know much about supplements. Just making my own bone broth for the collagen and eating high copper foods like sardines to help with absorbsion. Also taking turmeric for inflammation. It's hard to tell if either of those are working or not.
@AngrySnowboarder2 жыл бұрын
They take time to work. I'd also do a glucosamine with chondroitin as well as a collagen peptide. This is what's been saving my knees for the last few years but it took a bit of trial and error to find the stuff that did work with my body.

Hey man. I have a 21/22 Mercury 157 that I ride in VT and NH. Im 6'1", 180 lbs, size 12 Burton Rulers. I am an above-average rider, and love to charge hard when I am not teaching my 11yo daughter how to ride. I was thinking either this, a Dynamo, or Double Dip maybe for a more powder/even-harding-charging all-mountain stick. Which would you recommend, and in what size? Definitely want to go with a Lib Tech. Could I still mount Cartels on whichever board you recommend, or should I go with something else? Thoughts?
