I mentioned this in the livestream, but for beginners I would consider 5 ranks of Gunsmith and 1 rank of Demolition Expert under Intelligence. Otherwise, new players will constantly be repairing their weapon, and they do not have an endless supply of repair kits like Angry Turtle does.

How Bethesda can introduce the ridiculously OP cremator and then a month later want to nerf the Blaster is beyond me. I guess our only choices are the shoot heavy ass nails, boring fixers, or ridiculously explosives that make it hard for other people to even see at events.

it´s because of the cremator, since it also does elemental explosions, basically they can´t be bothered to fix the cremator alone, so they just nerf all. they are brain dead

The mag mods only drop from the event. You can't learn the mag mods from scrapping 😁

I love running this build. I run “Taking One For The Team” and “Follow Through.” I also prioritize maxed out Adrenaline over the Gunslinger perks because “Bosses” always travel with “friends.”

I like the format of this video. It's helpful for a beginner (me) to understand how to eventually upgrade my Perks, gear, etc. to keep a given build going strong as I level up.

Id love to see the "beginner" vetsions of these builds not have the effect of mutations, i know you can get mutations organically, but getting all of the serum plans at lvl 60, is impossible for the ammount they cost. But, that being said, great video, gonna have to try out the alien blaster for sure!

My first playthrough I sat in backwater mine and farmed all the mutations I wanted organically. Threw on starched genes and went through my playthrough like so.

Hoping to see more in regards to melee builds, for some reason, I got all my leg perks maxed out for my melee build and its not hitting 50 str no more, I wonder if they got a nerf too. Great vid about this btw Turtle! 👍🏽

You should do a beginner guid to show them early quest to do like the one to earn the excavator power armor or like the white spring responder quest to do expeditions and how to launch or join one the wayward on where you can learn how to make a camp even teaching the how to navigate interfaces like the Pip-Boy or season or where to find daily and weekly's and how they work even plugging in older videos that still work

Anyone can get the Alien Blaster on the map by the butterfly go left to a destroyed house and in the water there is a safe with the door missing and in the safe will be the blaster and a set of keys.,. it's there all the time in different ranks seems like rank 30 and 50. I get them all the time and modify them and sell them. I always carry it.

How important is perception in pistol builds? I just wanted 6 points for tank killer and concentrated fire. I am bloodied so the final perception should go up some.

thank you for update, also so stupid/annoying how this is a tough thing to get, even during the event, after finding alien ammo and wondering where the gun is from, then getting the event and getting stupid hat plans, and finally seeing a 40k cap alien blaster for me to woe at. (I don't mean to vent, new player with no idea what I'm doing, but this serious of events would kill me if I didn't have the occasional player take me on an adventure to forget an enjoy the game, GOD BLESS YOU AND THOSE PLAYERS)

You can't with in-game mechanics, it is semi-auto only, but it has a very fast fire rate. You can 1) click really fast 2) assign fire to mouse-wheel scroll and spin wheel really fast, 3) keyboard/mousebutton macro

I made a "Robocop" build with the god roll quad 25 25 10mm pistol in power armor, and I dont know if gun runner and other run speed perks work in power armor. I cant test it because of lag. Turtle can you make a cavaliers pistol build. Fast and not deadly but menacing like crippler.

The disintegrator with cryo doesn’t generate the snowball effect so it doesn’t benefit the same way.

Would this still work and instead of using Demolition Expert since the nerf...use 3 level 2 Science perks in Intelligence? For the beginner build Just got my pistol alt character to level 50 and dont have the points to experiment and just got him an Alien Blaster yesterday...or is there a better pistol out there now? Just want to use something different then my main Unarmed or the constant Fixer and Railway Rifles I see in every event and still be effective!

Second comment becaue I keep forgetting when this weapon comes up... I have an anti armor that for some reason has a larger ammo capacity than everything else and all of my Alien Blasters are the exact same mods and the same version of the weapon yet I have a default of 42 rounds. Anyone know anything about this?

You MUST try the poison mag. Its DoT got a buff. The cryo is pointless.

No as the cryo projectiles for that rifle are not the same as the snowballs here, that are buffed from demo expert and giving huge buff to the damage.

You need to be minimum level 300 to have all legendary perks unlocked, but likely much higher to have enough perk coins to have all legendary perks maxed

Это баг. F76 считает снежки морозного ресивера гранатами. Ты стреляешь из пистолета, игра думает, что из гранатомёта, через это получается огромный урон. Но это уже не имеет значения, так как на PTS это уже исправлено.

The Alien blaster is getting NERF in the new update as well the cryolater and the cremator milk 🤔 so I don't recommend these weapons because they are garbage dps outside of using VATS

I want a troll build. Im tired of going to events and not getting any XP becuase some lvl 1000 is killing everything before you can tag them and one shoting the boss. They need to fix rad sponge from team mates to nearby. This game will not grow and maintain any real player base outside of diehards and fan boys if it keeps shitting on new players. I just got back into playing after a year, it seems worse or maybe i dont remember just how crappy the game is. Ive got my lvl 312 low health bolstering power armor with bloodied Gatlin but i dont even remember all the buffs and little things that makes the build work. Starting a new charater has been a complete pain in the ass. RPing a mothman cultist is the only fun in the game but i can't even find the right flaming weapons. Got a vamps shiskabob, but I've already out leveled it. Might go for holy fire, healer build.

Bug thes Da stop the nerf! Always buff weak weapons don’t nerf established strong weapons! They won’t listen every one don’t renew your fallout 1st in protest. Then they will listen $$$ talks, Bug thes Da stop making these decisions that make long time loyal players quit the game. First you ended nuclear winter then you took away legacy weapons now this. it’s what they want - it makes way for new players that buy into the atom shop and don’t feel left out if endgame battles and it makes all players play the same again to the atom shop skins for common weps . they’ll use KZbinrs and GameTrolls to sniff out any weapon that does slightly higher dps and nerf it for “balancing” which just means almost no endgame dps . also, eventually they’ll have to some day shut down servers and make way for whatever’s next and this is how you continually remove d**hard endgame players that would ever make that difficult. and gametrolls don’t care because they feed from gamer tears and KZbinrs don’t care because they get kickbacks from game companies and make money from the videos that shed light on anynslight advantage to endgame dps . dark times for games imo and a cowardly way to pretend to be gamers and/or run game companies
