@@FootyLeaguesAroundtheWorld Well. There are 12 leagues with no promotion or relegation. The leagues all have the same 9 teams. The league at the top of the pyramid is the Priaulx League, it has 9 clubs. (Alderney FC, Belgrave Wanderers FC, Guernsey Rangers FAC, Guernsey Rovers AC, Manzur FC, Northerners AC, St Martins AC, UCF Sylvans and Vale Recreation.) No teams qualify for the Champions League because the GFA is affiliated with English FA therefor Guernsey is not a UEFA Member but is affiliated as a non-member. The most successful club in the league is Northerners who have won the league 32 times. Followed by Guernsey Rangers FAC with 17 and Vale Recreation with 15. The leagues below the Priaulx League goes as follows; The Jackson League, The Railway League 1, The Railway League 2, The Veteran’s League (where an extra team participates, CF Independent), U-18 League, U-16 League, U-15 League, U-14 League, U-13 League, U-12 League and the Women’s League. All the Priaulx teams have teams for each of these leagues. There are 14 cup competitions; The Guernsey FA Cup (contested by the teams in the top four divisions), The Stranger Charity Cup (contested by the Priaulx teams), The Mauger Cup (contested by the Jackson teams), The Rouget Cup (contested by the Railway teams), The Old Vic Cup (contested by the Under 18 teams), The Loveridge Cup (also contested by the Under 18 teams), The Normandie Cup, (contested by the Under 16 teams), The Dequemin Cup (also contested by the Under 16 teams), The MJ Le Prevost Cup, (contested by the Under 14 teams), The Le Vallee Cup, The Women’s Knockout Cup (contested by the women’s teams), The Women’s Secondary Cup (also contested by the women’s teams), The Frederick Martinez Cup (a preseason cup contested by the winners of the previous’ season’s Priaulx League and FA Cup winners) and the Rawlinson Cup (A preseason cup held the Belgrave Wanderers’ home ground; The Track and is contested by the 8 Priaulx League teams that are on Guernsey because Alderney joins the league in September).
