Fascinating- thanks for sharing. I was unaware of all these early attempts at development of the bay. Great outcome in the end - thanks to all involved over the years! Drone shots really show up the beauty of the area.

Interesting that there was little interest from developers in the 1980's , the economy was perilous not helped by Keatings recession he thought we should have . Bad timing or maybe good as its turned out OK in the long run !
