I managed to get about 32 ULFA surrender to us in Assam by giving regular talks and motivation to their native villages. They knew that armed confrontation wasn't good and army was sympathetic towards them. The tactics was peaceful and very effective.

I can't really believe a man who underwent the worst kind of rejection and insult still has no malice and bitterness towards the organisation and people that he worked with. My father said the army is good, he suffered a lot as a radio operator Loved by his platoon but bad things happened.. that's the way it is..he never discuss anything..but his platoon was vanished for 20 days..later we came to know that the were in custody ..God only knows if it mi or j&k police..later they were told that this incident never happened..so many incidents so many soldiers suffered..some lost their life ..some left the army feeling betrayed by the same force..my father's advice..it's such a wonderful place to be in..but I don't want you to follow my footsteps..sadly most of the army father's tell the same thing..Much respect for your sir.

First of all thanks for your commendable service and we are proud of you, the country is proud of you Sir. So many thanks. Your acts will inspire generations to come and will instill this "paratha" to serve our Country. Second this, amazing to realise that this was 2 hour podcast/interview, i kept checking every 10/15 mins, how much time left and for the most part was glad, since it was a 2 hour interview and lasted this long and Inddint get bored i'r though of moving into next video. He had so many interesting stories and so many which he wouldn't tell and couldn't tell, that in inteself is a story. The kind of things he discussed, it's the first time ever I've seen, this is very off the books topics and discussions and it's not something which is shown that much in maisntream media.

Bhai 2 hours 12 mins. Longest podcast I have watched so far . This is 3rd interview of Coln Hunny I watched in last 3 days. Hungry for more as very few stuff spills out of tight lipped Armed forces. I don't know how he is being celebrated and why promoted by the govt. It's very UNLIKELY but WELCOME. Armed forces are our people and we must know what they go through. For Col. Hunny Bakshi What a VOICE . BARITONE OF BARITONES 🙏. All I can say - He has a very strong digestive system as he digested all the Bile & Bitterness inside putting up a smiling face. This Man has rubbed shoulders with Politicos and is quite skilled in munching words , pausing , rate of speech, and body language is so amicable. Too prepared and polished for a spirited impulsive Army Man. No wonder he was in covert ops. There is lot more than meets the Eye. Jai Bharat 👍
