While I may be wrong, I'm assuming 4:30 was a botched Astral. Since Hazama's Astral input is an absolute bitch to pull off on pad, buffering it during 2D is one of the (relatively) easier methods to do it. One of the common incorrect moves resulting from an incorrect input is Hungry Coils.
