Excellent work. I use ~40 fire arrows. the idea is to use a compound bow and hit the top of the turret, allowing for the fire to stay concentrated under the turret. the compound bow offers range, precision, and slightly higher damage when you direct hit the turret. if you time your shots to space out the damage evenly, allowing for the fire to do the work for you, a stack of fire arrows and a compound bow is overkill for one turret. not sure where you got the number 125 from, most likely rust labs. as a solo player, fire arrows are cheap and efficient and silent. it's the preferred method of stealth turret takedowns... for me anyways. good vid!

Hi Gonzo, getting closer to that 1k mark!! hope you've got a special video in mind :-) .. i forgot to test a couple of things at the end, I got the number from Reddit, I suppose it depends on which bow you use and the range. Fire arrows will most likely be nerfed at some point I think......

HV Rockets for 600 sulfur barely gets a mention at the end. This would be my go-to method.

@@AniCodYT nah cuz if they’re behind chainlink fence or prison gate it’s very hard to hit the shots. HV rockets is the way to go literally 300 gun powder and a few metal pipes lol

Good method from range, I usually use flame rockets since they are epic to lock down areas under a raid.

12 Gauge Incendiary Shells are good too, dunnno how many you need but it works pretty well if the turret is inside

Incendiary rockets will take out 2 turrets with just 2-3 rockets total. Just tried it on two turrets that were placed about a square foundation apart.

What about landmines. I used these to blow open doors by shooting with arrows. I manged to place 2 to 3 down when one goes it triggers others?

Anicod if u land the fire arrows under the turrets base you can break it in much fewer than 125 arrows. Cant remember exact number but maybe half as many.

yes, I learned it depends which bow you use. compound bows are best for speed and cost (or so I've heard) :-)

I am new to rust idk how I am supposed to do this without getting shot by the turret and also if you reply what is a good cheap way to get rid of shotgun traps. I was raiding and I dropped down and I died from it. Any help would be appreciated love the vid btw

You have the option to authorise when you place your own turret. If its someone else's you can just use fire arrows, you don't have to face the turret head on, just hit the floor close to the bottom of the turret and it will destroy it. C4 is quickest but expensive. For shotgun traps you can use fire arrows for shot gun traps on the floor and explosive rounds for them when they're on the roof. You could even bypass them altogether if you blow the tile behind them then you can just use a pick or spear to get rid of them :-) thanks for the comment and I hope I helped
