First time I've ever seen this woman play, and that was absolutely beautiful. I know a thing or two about drumming, used to be one myself and she has beautiful technique, great dexterity, wonderful 'attack' and dynamics and lovely musicality. I love her grip, I could go on and on. I loved it all. The *only* criticism I have, and it's a personal one, and not to be taken too seriously, is personally, I don't like seeing cymbals all pointing in the 'wrong' direction! Petty and small, almost irrelevant criticism. She is what I think I'd describe as the New Breed ! I can't compliment her highly enough.

I'm not a main drummer but I still love this song so much.. I haven't been listening to funk/fusion for ages but Anika really got me into it lately. Unfortunately I didnt have time when you were in the Pop Akademie (I'm from neckarau) even though I asked you when you were coming on facebook. I wish I had seen this, but I'll be looking forward to see your next show. Love the groove/slight melancholic vibe and dry sounds behind this.. the drum setup is perfect for this music.
