I'm glad Blue and Yellow were packaged together, 'cos as a kid I shipped Billy and Trini. In my headcanon Trini returned from the peace conference, Billy returned from Aquitar and the two got together. Also, Thuy Trang is still the most beautiful Ranger ever. I had a _massive_ crush on Trini at the time. RIP.

Man, I really wished you would've opened the helmet.. shown the inside better. And maybe tried them on. Do the clips on the side unclip? How do they fit? Do they fog up ? Are they comfortable? I've been meaning to record a follow-up where I open each helmet and try them on. Unboxing all 7 pushed this video beyond 20 minutes, so I didn't take the time to do so in this one. I can confirm that all of the clips on the sides of the helmets do in fact unclip allowing them to open. I specifically requested the back extension for all of them since I have a huge head, and I'm happy to report that they all fit very well and are surprisingly comfortable inside. I didn't even have to remove the padding inside as some people have to do to make them fit. That being said, I could see them becoming uncomfortable and even claustrophobic if worn for long periods, but mine are mostly just for display. I'm sure they'll fog up if worn long enough too, but I can always hit the inside of the visors with an anti-fog spray if planning prolonged wear. Thanks for the great questions!

I took advantage of a New Year’s sale at the time. Each helmet was $195, so all seven totaled $1,365. They shipped 2 to a box, with each box costing $200 to ship, and the Green Ranger helmet shipped in its own box for $150, bringing the total for shipping to $750. All in cost for all seven helmets plus shipping was $2,115. The inside of each helmet is unfinished, but with adequate padding for some comfort. While they are capable of being worn, I wouldn’t do it for long stretches.

Hey, it's me again. You're right the angle of your Red Ranger in the other video made it look misaligned, but in this video it looks great. To me, the extension makes them look really weird from the side profile, but I don't know what's better, having an accurate look all around, or being able to wear them. I'd probably have a hard time choosing between them. You should do an updated video showing how you ended up displaying them

Certainly to each their own. For me, I couldn’t justify spending as much money as I ultimately did if I couldn’t actually fit them on my head. 99% of the time, they’ll sit on display untouched, but they’re huge conversation starters and when I have friends over who want to see me try one on, or better yet, want to try one on themselves, I can only imagine not being able to fit one closed would illicit the immediate question of, “You spent how much on these and you can’t actually wear them?” You do you, but I watched too many unboxings of buyers instantly disappointed by the fact that they couldn’t wear their helmet after months or even years of waiting for its delivery. I definitely do need to find the time make a follow video trying them on and showing them on display.

Noticing your red and green helmets don't seem to have the black "piping" I've seen on others, is this something you requested? Currently have a red MMPR Aniki myself that has the black piping outlining the teeth eyes and top / side lines. Thinking about ordering a green one next and was curious if you had a back story on why Aniki adds the piping by default ... doesn't seem to be what they had on the show and totally didn't think to mention it before ordering my red one. Any insight you might have would be helpful! I think I like the piping on mine...but again, not really to spec I guess! Maybe I'm mistaken and it's just your lighting?

I think it might just be lighting in my video (I’m certainly no professional KZbinr, this was all shot on my iPhone 12 at the time) because definitely didn’t make any special request to forgo outlining of the teeth in black. It’s there on the red and green helmets, thin line, not heavy-handed and I really like the look of it. Hope that helps!

Not too dark at all, no different than looking thru a pair of sunglasses. Though with any helmet like this, I’d recommend an anti-fog lens spray to coat the inside of the visor.
