I'm SO happy to finally have my own power rangers helmet! I grew up watching the OG rangers as a kid and of course the White Ranger was my favorite! Watching the Green Ranger absolutely humiliate the rangers then eventually join them? Peak fiction. I loved it!
I've started a few Ranger projects but I kept shelving them for one reason or another. But then I found this Concept design by Carlos Dattoli and fell in love! I mean LOOK at this thing! It was time to build and FINISH my own helmet!
In this video I'll be taking you through the steps of how i made my helmet! The Printing, The Painting, The Extra bits! So Shift into Turbo or Go Galactic! Whatever floats your boat!

Love the new intro 🤟 As a long time ranger fan since the 90s this is one of my favourite builds to date! I can't wait to see the other helmets and ranger bits finished and hopefully the whole White Ranger Concept suit complete 🔥 Little tip (If you need it) as you've helped me so much. With your Cura supports if you change the 'Support Z distance to between .04-.06 and support interface pattern to zigzag. Your supports will come off with 0 effort and not leave a lot to tidy up. Really helps with post processing.

Love it! I learn tons over here. I have printed everything from statues and busts to armor from inspiration I got from this channel alone. I saw 6 of the videos. Bought printers and got to work. It has been a BLAST! Now I am trying to learn to finish statues done in FDM because I can go a lot BIGGER on a Kobra Max or SV 03 than I can on my Mono X.

Great job. You mentioned that for some reason the model just popped up. I'm sure you can imagine that is likely because of the passing of JDF and there is still a lot of tribute going out to him and Power Rangers in general. I can't wait to see Saba complete...maybe do some engraving (via cad?) on the blade that says in memory of Jason David Frank or something, that would be great to see.

I've been wanting to make my own Green Ranger helmet for YEARS, to say nothing of making the Gold Zeo Ranger's helmet, but right now I need to get my printer up and running again, One of the other hurtles I need to overcome is that I like to model the stuff that I 3D print myself and my ambition sometimes eclipses my skill level with modeling.

So cool man! White Ranger was always my favorite over the Green Ranger. Lol Some really dope Ranger helmets to see you try out would be any from Uchu Sentai Kyuranger. They're 12 Rangers, each based off of a different constellation. With sparkles through the visors to simulate stars and the visors "over-growing" the helmets to add unique personalities and silhouettes to each of them. But also would really love to see you take on the challenge of making a sweet Time Force/Timeranger helmet! One of the few series that use colored in visors, making it a challenge to see out of, plus they have really cool colorful lights that run through the rest of their helmets, being cops from the future.

I was a fan of the psycho rangers from the in space series. So that would be dope to see. Also at the visor point you mentioned your vacuum former but then it seems you just cut out the visor like a stencil so that was a bit odd, did you not use it? Overall love the build though and as always cant wait to see more!
