Design school is not a thing here in my country, but there are lot of people creating short courses on design and it's usually one month-3months max. KZbin is a gold mine, I also watch those KZbinrs you mentioned, there's more too, like- Bring your own laptop, Photoshop training channel etc Buying courses is also a thing

I am working with a company from the very beginning as graphic designer, it's been more than 2 years, and literally I lost my self peace. So I quit that job this month finally, my notice period is running. It's not about always your skills, "Kam wahi Karo jaha apke kam ko appreciate kiya ja rha ho or Uska Sahi payment mil raha ho". Ye companies ki trick hoti h ki bolte h, "ye sirf humari nhi tumhari company hai, client tumhara hai, to client ko acha kam Dena pdega na,", us ache kam k chakkar m tumse 500 ka design 100 rs m banwayege wo bhi Pata nhi kitne changes k bad, honestly tum sirf ek employee hi ho, tum Malik nhi ho, so zyada emotional hokar is feild Mai mat ghusna, mind se hi Jana. That's my POV.

I so agree re the iPad or alternative mobile tablets would do. ProCreate is so convenient though~ One thing I recently discovered is AI in the iPad. After I draw on ProCreate, I create the vectors/paths in AI on my iPad. The process is so much faster than still getting on my laptop.
