All through my 30’s I had so many hormonal issues. 3 unsuccessful DNC surgeries. The bleeding would last for months and months. The doctor can only give me birth control. If I ever forgot to take it, then it would mess everything up again. I relied on medication. I asked my OBGYN, is there any type of food I should stop eating or start eating to get better. She said no. As you say, I should forgive. Just be thankful that God has freed me from the slavery being dependent on medication. I praise God that I do not take any more birth controls and i have light menstrual cycles now.

When you finally learn about the food industry and SEE 👀 what's really going on, it really does change you. My entire life changed in 2016. I removed all sugar, removed processed foods, removed seed oils, quit ALL restaurants, and take out coffees. I went extremely meat based. I healed a Laundry list of problems. As I was healing, I lost 145 pounds. My cycle is regular, off all my thyroid medications, no more pain medications, etc. Praise God 🙏

I could use some prayer because with my life situation it has become very hard to maintain the dietary changes (that were helping so much, for 2 months I ate whole foods, animal based and I felt AMAZING for the first time in my life) because of the complicated and chaotic family/home circumstances right now. This video made my heart sing. I am so thrilled to hear how an animal and high fat diet is helping you. Today is DAY 29 for me going carnivore, and I can honestly say I have never felt better, emotionally mentally, and spiritually. I too, was a vegan, a vegetarian, pescatarian, you name it. Although my body has been very healthy, the brain fog in the past 15 years has been distressing… But it is lifting, and I cannot adequately express my gratitude to all the channels that have helped me see the truth about food. God bless you and keep you. It is just phenomenal to hear about your breakthrough Lea - so happy to hear this.

I was choked up while you were sharing your journey back to health. I have been in this journey for 3 decades. Chronic illness IS such a struggle. Every time I think “oh, finally, I’ve got this figured out” something changes or shows up again. Like you though I’m a fighter, a figure- outer, and a conquerer, adapter. This IS a personal journey and I soo appreciate that you shared your story. It’s nice to know a fellow believer in Jesus goes through this too. And it has nothing to do with our faith or lack here of, it just is what it is…although helping drawus back to our source of strength (Jesus - who is most gracious) each day. It would be so nice if we could share all this “Immunity Strength” our bodies have with someone who needs more immunity strength and then we all could be “Immunity Leveled Out”. You are such a blessing! I’m glad I re-found your channel. 💐🦋💐

This feels like such a safe place and I just wish I could hug you sis, because I know how challenging the healing journey can be and I can only imagine how far you’ve come 🫂❤ I’ve been on a 10 year journey with healng my skin, and a 2 year journey helping my body navigate H. pylori, Leaky Gut, and Haley-Haley disease. I’m also indigenous Lakota and was vegetarian for 9 years. Slowly as I began leaning into the teachings and culture of my people, honoring animals and plants as medicine and shifting my perspective to focus on intuitive eating and going for pure foods, I have began to heal in ways that go much deeper than I even intended. I hope that more people find your channel/this video and are able to receive the profound wisdom in it. To me, money is a resource and in this day and age it is worth every penny to protect the well being of our precious vessels and invest in quality living/foods.

I am so sorry you have had to struggle with endometriosis. I struggled with endometriosis for 4 decades. The last surgery I went through to end the miserable pain almost took my life as I had complications from it. Thankfully the surgery did end the pain, but at a big cost. Just this year I discovered the work of a lady named Sally K. Norton who wrote the book "Toxic Superfoods". The book has been a blessing and given insight into my health issues and a path to healing. You definitely are on the right track to with your animal based diet. Sally's book would be a good companion. You can also look her up on YT and enjoy her many interviews.

So grateful you have shared your nourishing journey. I had been plant based and my health was failing, liver issues, high blood sugar arthritis and depression. After an MRI on my liver (I don't do alcohol) and some concerning blood work I started researching and found that folks that ate a meat based diet were healing of all kinds of issues. I went to 2 meals a day of very low carb food with lots of animal fat. In 3 months I was halfway healed, in a year my bloodwork was normal and interestingly cholesterol went down, blood sugar normal, arthritis gone, and depression gone. Now I do fall off the wagon occasionally and symptoms come back so I always climb back on. By the way I'm not young I'm a Great Grandmother. I am also an animal lover and have chickens and dairy goats.

I have known for a few years about the lies we have been fed about foods. The SAD, (standard American diet), is just that SAD ...😢 In 2017 I went keto. Dropped 60 lbs and came off all bp meds. Tried sharing with my family but they choose the convenience of processed food. It takes time and thoughtful processes to eat right/healthy. I too have recently begun to make my dogs food homemade because of skin allergies and food recalls. I have high inflammation markers but still continuing to try to find ways to heal. God is so good because I could still be under the old food system. Lea you should post some of your recipes as well. Praying for continued healing for you. Have a blessed day. ❤

I would love to see how you eat from breakfast to lunch to dinner and how to change it up to offer diversity week to week and as you mentioned season to season. I have been pretty much a vegetarian for over 20 years. It worked for weight loss in my younger years but now that I am older struggle with insulin resistance and inflammation. Thankfully no high blood or blood sugars but I need to eat as you do to turn my body around. I like how you are meat based but not necessarily carnivore. My health changed amazingly after really praying to the Father for help and got my answer through going carnivore about 4 years ago. I lost a lot of weight and have kept it off, I now naturally fast a lot and only eat when I am hungry. The pill messed me up years ago but my cycle and everything has been like clockwork for well over the 12 years since I have been off it. I am healthier now in my 40s then I ever was in my 30s. My headaches and migraines have drastically reduced. I seem to be very susceptible to stuff that can trigger them and I also have to have the celtic salt and electrolytes every day and this really helps. Its amazing how many people have truly changed their health eating this way. Thanks for the video Lea! ❤❤ P.S. you literally glow Lea. I know this video is 7 months old, and I’m just viewing it now. But I need to say that I am 100% certain that God led me here so that I can learn from you. I’ve had chronic illness for a long time, currently having so many different things going on. Over the years I have modified my life/food….and I’m learning to be a better cook. I’m beyond weary of not feeling well. I also want to make my cats’ food in the near future as my 13 year old is having trouble with what he used to be able to eat. What an inspiration you are, and I cannot wait to learn more from you! Thank you for your channel and all the work that goes into it. I’m blessed by the wisdom and education here!!😊

Absolutely wonderful video. So very much appreciated. I am a Coeliac and have IBS too. I reached out for help again a few years ago after suffering for 30 plus years and I am now on the right track with what I eat. It has taken time to perfect my diet but it is so worth it. To feel well and be able to function and know what you should and shouldn’t eat is everything! I’m a very positive person like yourself and had to be very pro active with my Chronic illness. Lots of research too. Love to you both. Xx

Love this one. I was vegan 6 years and vegetarian for 10 and also Experienced a TON of health issues. The high carbs, lack of good fats and fake foods caused liver issues, hormonal issues, kidney issues you name it. The last few years have been Quite the journey and im so grateful as well for God showing me the way out of it. It is like peeling back layer after layer but Its so amazing and glorified to find answers that make me feel better. I pray anyone struggling finds their way. ❤

Lea, good for you!!! This topic, your message that you started around minute 12:41, is so needed to be taught. Teach, teach, teach! This message was great. And you are spot on. The Lord is working through you!!! Teach how to be able to cook and live on what you have and how to make it last. Spread into other meals. Save for other meals. Whole foods are so wonderful! I sound crazy. But, I'm just so happy you picked this topic. When I saw your premiere pop up. I almost couldn't wait for today!!!

Teared up watching this as God is guiding our daughter with type 1 diabetes, celiac with horrible fatigue and brain fog..hard to witness as a Mom..on anti inflammatory diet and wanting to go the next level with food. She pushes on but can’t go for her masters degree yet bc her symptoms are debilitating at times. I just subscribed and so glad you are getting through this after all the years you have struggled! Thank God He provides what we need but yes uncovering each layer now..takes time and faith.❤

Thank you so much for sharing your heart with us. My husband and I are also on a journey in seeking the Lord's wisdom on a daily basis (James 1:5). We eat about 90% organic. We are 60 years old and neither of us are on prescription meds! Praise God! We truly are "what we eat" and our health reflects it. My husband has stopped eating sugar and has lost 60 pounds. I am (and have for 2 years now) doing intermittent fasting and have lost 70 pounds. I still eat sugar, but I'm working on cutting it back in 2024.

I struggled with my body reacting to many things…either chronic cough, rash, joints hurting. I went to an allergist and had allergy testing. I am only allergic to dust mites. However, through trial and error and soooo much research, I realized that I react to the glyphosate pesticide that they are now spraying on our grains to dry them out faster. It is an off label use of glyphosate ( round up). I can have organic oats, rice, wheat, corn but react very strongly to nonorganic. The allergist said he is seeing lots of this. I also can’t eat anything with seed oils like canola oil or my mouth swells up. Olive oil is fine. I only write this to try to help anyone who is going through this. It took me a few years to totally figure it out.

I am trying to eat healthy, whole foods but there is so much conflicting info out there. I noticed that your menu in this video doesn't include grains so I was wondering if you could recommend where we might find more info on that. Thank you so much for sharing this video.

Thankyou so much Lea. This video was wonderful. I get so angry about the vast amount of unhealthy ‘false food’ and the deliberate manipulation of people’s eating habits. The only way we can possibly defeat it is not to eat it, but for many there is little alternative. Your hard work has given you access to an awful lot of people. Please keep telling everyone how your healthy diet has changed your life. I’m sorry that it is such an emotive subject for you, but you are to be admired and respected for putting it out there. People need to know.

Dear Lea I am new here and just keep watching your previous videos. ❤ I absolutely love your content and your attitude towards life. Thank you for being here for us! I have been vege since 2018 and this year I have made a huge change and came back to animal based diet. I eat lots of eggs, butter, thalo, cream and every week I cook a huge pot of bone and good quality meat broth. I love this keto diet 😊 I stopped eating all processed food, rafinated seed oils, wheat, pasta, sweets etc. I sometimes bake sourdough rye bread for my husband as he misses bread so much, so occasionally I have a piece of bread with butter or lard. 😂 This new way of eating is so good for my body, I can feel positive changes already. I love and respect every living creature but I understand now that loving them does not mean that we cannot use their precious bodies to help us heal and nourish our bodies. ❤ I am so greatful for them and every time I eat anything I am saying my little "thank you" to animals and plants. Sending you lots of love ❤ and warm greetings from Poland.

So inspiring, thank you ! 🥰 I had a story similar to yours, lots of health problems, tried so many things, been vegan and vegetarian, took dietary supplements, and nothing was working. Currently, I'm doing a training in naturopathy, and still making my own research. I'm definitely convinced about this animal-fruits & vegetables-based diet, after hearing testimonies like yours. And I'm learning so much about the antri nutrients in cereals, and legumes. I didn't know we could bake with cassava flour 🙂Recently, I discovered sorghum flour that is really healthy and tasty, with a spicy flavor. And also learned that among all commonly consumed cereals, white basmati rice is okay, it contains no gluten, no lectins, and has a fairly low glycemic index, if these informations could be useful for you or other people reading this comment. I will continue eating a bit of sourdough bread as well, as sourdough helps destroy anti nutrients and makes the carbohydrates and proteins in the bread much more digestible. It can really help for people who cannot do without bread. Also consuming some raw milk products and love them 😊

Hi Lea, I discovered your KZbin channel just a few days ago. I feel so blessed and hopeful after watching several of your videos. I had five surgeries in 2023 and two last month in January 2024. My body is struggling to heal from the surgeries. In 2009 I was diagnosed with stage three breast cancer. I really feel like my body has struggled to heal and get strong ever since then. After watching your video on herbs, I have decided to take the first step and start growing my own herbs. I ordered a raised bed to plant the herbs in. I really want to be intentional about what we eat. I thank God for you and your wisdom that you share with us and always directing us back to Him. Blessings to you.

Hi I know I'm a few months late to this video but thank you for this. I've dealt with chronic illness for most of my life about 20 years. I have pcos, fibromyalgia, and more. Yes I've seen so many doctors and been on so many different medications and so much more looking for answers, but i always come back to God made us naturally to heal and not put foreign stuff in our bodies. I don't live alone or cook for myself so it's so hard to get everyone on board to eat like this. No one in my family understands how I feel or my chronic illness or the way I think, so watching your videos helps so much. I just don't know where to start

Chronic illness can be such a lonely place. I totally relate to that! I think the first step is doing simple add ins and swaps. Adding the routine of meat stock or beef organs to the diet or swapping seed oils for things like butter or tallow. Doing one step at a time makes it feels much less overwhelming. Slowly upping the protein or removing a portion of grains. Things like that. It's motivating when you start to feel stronger.

Thankyou so much, Lea. Im almost 43, and i was never taught how to cook. Or, for that matter take care of children or a home. I eventually learned to cook, but only basics. Ironically, i had 11 children. So food was very important. Almost all our food is made from scratch. And any tinned or prepacked ingredients, if the ingredients are few and simple, i make it myself from scratch instead. (I just taught myself how to make refried beans.) Slowly moving to organic and trying to include fresh salads more as my health and cycle have gone south.

Thank you for doing this video! The timing was perfect. I am working at choosing healthier foods to put in my body after learning what has been done to our food supply. I am also learning how to cook from scratch and it is very overwhelming at times. I am currently searching for a local farmer to purchase my beef from. Your use of the word "intentional" jumped out at me and I am grabbing on to it. I want to be intentional about everything I put into my body. Blessings on your health journey!

I can truly understand your battles with chronic illness. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia at 30 years old, and for about 10 years it was sometimes debilitating. Then after doing lots of praying, research and crying, I decided to change my diet. I eliminated gluten and most sugar, and my life changed. Most of the pain and exhaustion lifted. As the journey continued i changed to organic foods, lots of probiotic foods and raising a large garden and chickens. At 50 i feel a million times better than 20 years ago, but its always a work in progress. You are a blessing and may God continue to bless you!!! And I'm also glad to know that im not the only one who talks to my chickens, they are the sweetest!!
