yeah, that's a lot of companies and packaging unfortunately. I try to avoid some of it but it seems semi impossible today because so many of the natural companies have those things in their marketing. I am sure there is rosewater from a more neutral brand out there, I just havent found one yet with as simple of ingredients.

I know you spoke mostly about skin in this video, but I was wondering what your advice would be for this: I love wearing dresses and skirts. I feel beautiful and feminine when I wear those things, however my husband (who isn’t saved) prefers when I wear just jeans and a shirt. I want him to be pleased with the way I dress, but I prefer dresses and skirts, not only for the look of those garments but also for the modesty aspect. Is there any advice you would give me? I saw a lady on Instagram say to try using Castor oil on your face but she says its potent so if you start to get flu like symptoms, cut back to using it every other day instead of every day. Have you heard of anything about Castor oil? Why would it give you flu like symptoms by using it?

I do castor oil packs often and so my body is used to it. I am also routinely in a gentle detox mode so I don't have detoxification symptoms from using it. If someone is using it for the first time or has a very slow liver or high toxic load, it can cause detoxification symptoms which can vary from person to person. I would simply start with a small amount and work my way up gradually to the amount you want to use and you should be just fine. Start with a tiny bit mixed in with other oils. The skin could experience a detoxification but it shouldn't last long.

I miss my long hair and God has been encouraging me to be more lady like inside and out so I want to grow it out again. I quit coloring and I don't mind the Grey. I eat protein and take a hair skin and nails vitamin every day. Is there anything else I could do to help it grow out stronger and thicker. My hair has thinned some in the 10 years I had it short. Thanks to aging and menopause

Valerie sweetheart.. Dearest Lea has had chronic debilitating illnesses for over 20 years (as I understand it..) She is in process of healing herself so she can be even more functional in life..Plus she works around the home, cooks the meals, cares for their animals, and films and edits and uploads their videos ( a small source of income for their family, from occasional ad revenue )..And she makes every effort in this whole process, to be a beautiful blessing to her husband.. And she often, does all of these things in some pain..) She is a virtuous woman!!!
