So I've noticed that on the Real Graceful painting there is a small but visible black mark right next to the figure near the artist's name, while on the 2 fakes it's missing. Just a detail I've noticed so I hope it helps my fellow islanders when trying to tell the difference between a real and a fake.

TLDR; I didn't donate the first art piece I bought from Jolly Redd and now it's gone 😭 Please help! Ok,so let me preface this post saying New Horizons is my very first (and only) interaction with the Animal Crossing community. So.. in my first interaction with Jolly/Crazy Redd I got the Mona Lisa. I decided instead of donating it to Blathers I would wait to see what the next piece of art I was going to get from Redd was first. I proceeded to hang the painting in my home in the meantime. I hung it over my doorway and just kind of forgot about it as I got more swept up in enjoying and exploring all the things I can do in the ACNH World! So today I saw Redd's "sketchy ship" at my 'hidden beach' and remembered the Mona Lisa I squandered as decoration in my humble abode. If you paid attention to the heading of this post you won't be surprised that the next thing that happened upon my further inspection of my priceless piece of Da Vinci artwork I found it MISSING! Not in my storage, not in my pockets, I didn't donate it to Blathers because he's still reminding me that he wants me to donate art (not to mention there wasn't any construction of the new Art wing of the museum), and I most certainly didn't gift it or sell it to Nooks Cranny! Somebody please tell me if you've experienced this, you know what's going on, or have any possible solutions to this puzzle because seriously what the actual fish kebab?!
