My arm is seriously messed up. So of course i go and make myself feel even worse by getting into all sorts of silly shenanigans on Animal Jam!

My arm still isn't better; in fact now it's worse. I have strained tendons going up my entire right arm, and down the underside of my left, all from overuse and working too hard; i hope you all understand that I'm having a tough time releasing videos, and for that I am really sorry. Oh, I'm so sorry about your arm! This is probably something you get a lot, and doesn't actually work, but I just want to help. I find that if you eat bananas, potatoes, other potassium-rich foods, and drink water, it helps quite a bit. At least for me. I might also try giving your arm a soak in hot water, as it is very relaxing to muscles. Another form of heat therapy might work too, like filling a sock full of rice, tying it so it's closed, and heating it in the microwave until hot, and putting it on your arm. I hope this helps, and if it doesn't, I'm so sorry for wasting your time! Oh, yeah, and take a break too! We can understand.
