Omg this was so nostalgic! I especially loved your work on the penguin in the gold coins, that was a really smart decision to make the black and white colouring stand out, and his pose was full of so much personality! The composition was very nice too. It struck me as very professional :)

priceprofession... you got hard lowballed. This person is a known lowballer/scammer, you could've gotten another bad long (green/orange) for that purple long, price takes advantage of the clueless way too often it's sad... otherwise your art is amazing!! i love your colour choices in the studio

I personally always went with the website and counted my den betas, the green long is 11, the purple wrist is 3 and the non member one is 1 but kinda 2 since 40 member ones are for a black long and 20 non member are for one. So it was only 2 or 1 den beta off but isn’t a good deal cause the den betas are so split up. I agree it would of been better to to do green and orange long but that would equal 21 or 22 den betas and the purple is worth 18 which is quite a bit over. I always traded so bad though lol I like got 20 non member den betas and traded those 20 for a black long when those den betas could of gone so much farther but I was sick of trading lmao it was a solid deal tho

You should try doing some art with AJPW. The minigame there you can layer art, which is a huge help with art compared to AJ Classic.

Questions because I'd love to open art commissions on animal jam myself! Do you let people pay you first or after? I'm worried if it was after you'd be more easily scammed :( How do you determine your prices? I understand prices vary between artist, but I have no clue where to start :( And are there set prices or just (I want these specific items) for (Full body!) Take this with a grain of salt because your time and skill is worth way more than in-game items (but I understand this is a part of AnimalJam) To answer your questions: Most “paid” upfront or after I sent a sketch and they approved of it. Never send final products before getting what you are owed. Depends on the person, it’s mostly based on your skill, complexity/amount of detail, time taken to complete, and the fact it’s a one-of-a-kind custom artwork made IN the game. Use these to come to your own conclusions, but if you’re still unsure see what other people have as their prices. You don’t need discord to communicate as you can use the in-game chat systems (chat, jags, walls, etc.) but you may face difficulties trying to talk about details due to filtering and not being able to share images if needed. If you do end up using discord, remember to practice internet safety. :] 👍 (This was long, I hope I answered these in enough detail. Ty for liking the video + my art
